The Bee Heat & AC

Been a customer for awhile now. myself and my family always get treated very professionally with Excellent service. It's a quality that is very hard to find these days. I highly recommend them to anyone who asks. Give them a call you won't be disappointed.

My heat went out the day before a big storm and subzero degree temperatures. I call Bee and they were there quickly. The tech was able to find the issue get the parts needed and even was able to save me some money (after check and verifying the parts were under warranty, as my house is a new build only a year and 1/2 old).
I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We had our old boiler replaced and some baseboard heat piping replaced by Adrian at The Bee. They were timely and very affordable. Howard (owner) was happy to work with me on any issues I had, including an issue I had which had nothing to do with his work. He came out free of charge, diagnosed and fixed my issue. I highly recommend The Bee!

Quality/thorough annual inspections/service of our HVAC/water heater over the years. Identified an issue with our heating system this year and we requested replacement of the 14+ year old system. We needed a furnace inspection and cleaning for the selling of our house. The technician (I forget his name) was prompt, courteous and efficient in getting the job done for us as we were up against a deadline. In fact he needed a different piece of equipment and went out late at night to come back and finish the job. Sure appreciated the extra effort.

The techs from The Bee are terrific. During the cold snap in January my furnace kept cutting out. They came within 2 hours of my calling and did a great job troubleshooting and fixing the problem. They explained everything and were as nice and professional as they could be. Highly recommend and will call them from now on. Plus they didn’t upsell me or charge me for things that didn’t need to be replaced!!! I trust them.

Nice and quick responses. Their technician root caused the issue and repair my A/C within 1 hour with reasonable cost while another company told me it can't be fixed but only can replace the entire HVAC system. Great and honest HVAC professional that I can trust and definitely will retain them for my next project.

Three years ago I interviewed 3 HVAC companies for a double furnace and AC plus water heater replacement. All were knowledgeable, but Howard of The Bee demonstrated great knowledge, customer responsiveness, and price competitiveness. The Bee worked overtime to get the difficult installation correct and they have performed timely and competent service twice since installation. They are easy to work with, on time, competent and seem quite fair in pricing.
