    Called for Emergency Service. Mark responded to my call quickly and the Tech, Bryan, was at my home within an hour. He replaced the inducer motor on my heater/furnace. Both gentleman were very nice, professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely be calling Springs Heating and Cooling for any future inspections or repairs. Very happy with their service!

    After calling 4 other HVAC companies I decided on Springs Heating. The biggest reason was because of Rick's honesty and knowledge and no sales pressure (you know ... this price is only good until the end of the day).

    I needed to find a trust worthy HVAC company to replace both my furnace and AC. This was a lot of money and I needed to be sure I was getting what I paid for, it would last, be reliable, and be energy-efficient, and I would have a good maintenance company to count on.

    Rick looked at my other bid and told me he could bid the same thing but not the same products because they did not work together. He bid apples to apples what he could and came in cheaper. He upgraded the AC (I like it cold and use my AC year round) and the furnace and still beat the other bids. He worked with me to get what I wanted and never once said If you get thuis or that I can get you a deal. Didnt try to sell anything just because the rebates end soon or just because it had federal credits available. He was there to give me an estimate on what I needed and wanted at a fair price.

    I had a small issue after installation and Rick came out the next day and fixed it. No questions or extra charges. All passed inspections the first time. They also recommended a great plumber for my water heater.

    I have it all done under budget with American made products, with great a warranty, awesome service and the best thing ... peace of mind I made a good decision with Springs Heating!

    We had Springs Heating and Cooling replace our aged and non working AC unit. Lee came to the house and spoke with us in-depth about AC and our options. He answered all of our questions. When the crew came to do the install they arrived on time and explained how the job would proceed.
    Unfortunately, we had a heater problem as soon as the cold weather got here.. Our unit is 20 years old which is near the end life cycle of heaters. Lee came within a day of our call for service. He analyzed the unit and gave us options and prices.
    We believe their pricing is very competitive and service is top notch.We are very in sync with their hiring of vets. All the employees that we have dealt with in person or over the phone are top notch.
    This is without a doubt the best run heating and cooling company in the Springs.

    Lee came out for the inspection and was professional and easy to talk to. Needing a new furnace, he and James came two days later to install. Professional, prompt, and informative during the process. Would recommend James, Lee, and Mark (boss man) to anyone that is in their radius.

    First off, everyone I interacted with from Springs Heating and Cooling (SH&C) was friendly and responsive, and I am very grateful for my new air conditioner, furnace, and humidifier. However, the installation experience was very frustrating, and I believe it could have been prevented/handled better with improved communication practices within the company.

    Firstly, out of no fault of SH&C, our breaker box was in shambles, so they called an electrician to “sort it out.” That was all they told me and apparently the electrician, who asked me to clarify what he was hired to do when he arrived. Due to his schedule, the electrician could only perform the work after the AC/furnace/humidifier were installed, but SH&C did not tell me that they had never run the wire for the condenser outside, so I thought that work had already been done, which I told the electrician. When the breaker box had been brought up to code from just its initial state, SH&C sent out a technician to check the coolant levels and such on the AC, and /then/ the technician noted that there was no wire providing power to the condenser. The electrician had to be called again, and, $1200 later, we had the condenser wired up.

    An inspector was called, and the AC/furnace/humidifier installation did not pass inspection due to several issues, which took SH&C three trips to rectify. On the second trip, the technicians told me that there was not enough intake for the furnace and that I could “remove the door [to the utility room] and hide it so it passes inspection.” That made me upset, so I called the office to discuss it. The office told me that they had thought the intake issue had already been resolved, apologized, and said they were sending the technicians back out to install the correct intake grilles that same afternoon, which they did.

    I am grateful that the situation was ultimately resolved and that the installation did finally pass inspection, but the overall experience was extremely frustrating. I would have preferred that SH&C had clearly told the electrician they hired exactly what they needed him to do and communicated with him well enough so that he did not have to ask me what he was doing there, that they had organized their inspection fixes better so that multiple trips were not necessary, and that they had not resorted to telling me to “hide the door” so that it would pass inspection. That last part is absolutely unacceptable. I appreciate their willingness to hear me out and finally fix the issues, but it could have been avoided with better communication and record keeping.

    Again, I am grateful for my new heating & cooling system, and thank you for rectifying the issues.
