Very satisfied with the service provided by this company. Each time a tech has came out they have been very honest and precise and get an exact quote before the repairs. The most recent technician went above and beyond for our A/C system his name was Jacob and was the most helpful person ever and VERY knowledgeable. I highly recommend using this company!

Have been using Applewood for about 2-3yrs now, for electrical and plumbing matters. While it is pricey, I feel they are worth every penny! Incredibly responsive with scheduling, above and beyond customer service along with outstanding professionalism. I always feel as if the technicians are extremely thorough and professional. 10/10 will use again.

I liked Applewood Plumbing the first time I used them, but the last time I used them I was extremely disappointed. They came out to give me a second opinion on my a/c system, involving a diagnostic analysis and an estimate. I was told at the time that I needed a new a/c put in and why. When I went with a different company to install the a/c, bc Applewood was too expensive, it all went downhill. I needed to get a copy of their analysis and recommendations, for my insurance, so I could be reimbursed a portion of the cost. I could not get this from Applewood. They said the tech who came out to look at my a/c no longer worked with them, and had not provided notes that I could give the insurance company. I paid Applewood for their secobd opinion....i expected i could get the opinion and recommendations in writing. So anyway, I was not reimbursed. I guess that's what happens when you go elsewhere to get the work done. I just thought it was a bit petty and unethical. So, although they do good work and I would recommend them if you can afford their high prices, I cannot give them more than three stars based on my most recent experience with them.

Our furnace went out late last night and I am so grateful we were able to get an appointment with Applewood within just a couple hours of calling early this morning! Milo was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, and took the time to explain everything to me so that I could see what happened, and make decisions on repair options. I highly recommend this company and feel at ease as a new, learning home owner knowing that I can call Applewood for future needs.

Applewood and more specifically, Jon, took great care of our electrical needs. We were able to get everything resolved in less than two hours after first contact, which is amazing! Personable and professional service. A+!

Jon was on time, extremely professional and helpful in explaining everything. The team organizing the visit and all the emails/calls/messages sent are fantastic. Unfortunately, their pricing is extremely expensive for what I need. I'd recommend them only for small electrical work, assuming that is priced at a more normal level. This is why I must give 4 stars - they are way too expensive.

Tom was great! He arrived right on time and went straight to our AC unit. He quickly assessed the issue and left a quote for future replacement of connector. Thanks Tom!

We LOVE Applewood and have used them for years! We had a water heater replaced today and although the tech Jaime was outstanding and did a great job, we were absolutely stunned by the cost. It was a few thousand dollars more than Home Depot’s or Lowe’s price which also included labor.

It was very disappointing.

I had a water leak and the plumber will not go into the crawl space to check or turn on/ off the main water, do the due diligence of making sure the water is not leaking, instead when asked he said "That will be an extra cost". Charged me $200 to temporarily fix the issue by just inserting a mechanical knob. Will not recommend.
