Pricey? Yes indeed, but I got what I paid for and then some. Worth every cent. I'll know who to call the next time I need plumbing service. Best company of this type and personnel I've ever dealt with.

Jose was an incredible installer! His attention to detail showed in the finished product - it is very well installed. He cleaned after himself as he went and left the space in better shape than when he started. He did have to do quite a bit more work to update something that was not up to code, and he did a great job!! Most of all, Jose is very kind and had a positive attitude, no matter the difficulty he faced. We are so pleased with the final product!

Very responsive and professional. Luke arrived on time, was absolutely professional, performed troubleshooting activities with no extra costs, and was very descriptive in explaining what was wrong. He checked with me every step of the way and was really courteous. He protected my floors and quietly performed his tasks so I could go about mine. The costs were extremely reasonable and he repaired my furnace and water heater in remarkable time. Absolutely recommend their service and Luke in particular for service.

Zach came and diagnosed my HVAC problem in just about two minutes. Switched some wire connections that a duct cleaning company had altered. Everything works fine now, thanks to Zach. I'm glad that I called Applewood.

And you claim you are open 24/7 and available for many decades. I honor that you have technicians available , but as a surgeon , I am also available to people in need for 24/7 , and after 3 decades do NOT rip people off ans overcharge for services , irrespective of the situation or the fact I am available 24/7

The bottom line your team wanted charge 35k for just labor on installing a new boiler I had obtained from one of my other business. All other bids for labor ( by mechanical companies with 24/7 service) was $5-7,000 Consumer beware with Applewood !!

Consider spending less on advertising and more on customer ethics

Well, James didn't actually 'repair' anything. I called Applewood because I had a coupon and wanted my new ecobee thermostat installed. They said they would and before I knew it James appeared. During our discussions of world affairs, I asked him if he could do a 'checkup' on my HVAC systems. I had just purchased my new/old abode and was interested in getting things checked out. The realtor for the seller of my new place purchased a Home Warranty and they only replace things but not inspect. So Jame proceeded to do just that. Took him a while but he was very detailed and spotted a possible leak in my AC line. He gave me my options and because of that, I'm gonna call the Home Warranty folks and tell them what James found...the rest of the story is yet to be told. James did a thorough job. I am very pleased and happy. James was fun to work with (can I say that?) but very professional at the same time. Thank you James for your work and for working on a Saturday!

The team at applewood is professional and good at communicating. We had a fantastic experience with our technician, Justin, who was not just knowledgeable but also flexible to a number of different questions and requests we had during his appointment. Will use them going forward, for sure.

Kyle came and did a general inspection of our plumbing and sewer system and he was awesome! He was very thorough, detailed and explained everything in an easy to understand way. He even made suggestions for easy things we could do currently to help maintain the health of our system. I would definitely recommend this company.

Applewood was the most responsive company I've ever worked with. Within 5 minutes of requesting an appointment online I received a call from their customer service to schedule a visit AND I was able to schedule same-day service. Our Tech, Damian, arrived exactly on time. He was fast in his evaluation of our system's needs and was able to give us recommendations and a quote for additional services. He was also, most importantly, accurate in diagnosing the problem. Having had a previous company out to service our furnace the day before with a misdiagnosis, this was a great relief. With the low temperatures and winter weather today, we greatly appreciate the quick response and superior service we received from Damian and Applewood. We will recommend them in the future and will very likely use them again!

Damion came to our house. Found problem and suggested repair and cost. Still figuring out how to pay for AC repair. Repair not done yet and business not used yet. Used prior on furnace repair and was great.
