We love working with Applewood! They are prompt, professional, and competitively priced. Every technician we've had in our home is pleasant and respectful.

Most recently we had Craig in our home for what turned into a half-day repair. He checked in with me often with updates and explained all of the work to me (with pricing) as he went so there were no surprises when it was time to pay. He even did the math for me and determined it would same us money to become Gold Service Club Members. So, we ended up saving some money AND we'll get a free furnace or AC assessment, plus other member perks. Thanks, Applewood!

Great experience! AC issue - it stopped cooling and the water lines were visibly frozen. John Hildebrandt was the tech and he diagnosed then resolved the problem quickly and explained how to prevent in the future. Really appreciate great service! Applewood also was able to get me in the queue quickly- which is great considering I have a non-neuro typical daughter where excessive heat is a serious issue for her health. Highly recommend!

One of the best licensed plummers I have encountered! He was extremely informative and took the time to thoroughly inspect my concerns and answer all my questions making sure I understood each of his answers. Using him for all my plumbing’s needs in the future! I highly suggest booking his services!

I should have submitted this review sooner. Our heater went out at the beginning of Winter 2022 right as it was going to be below 30 degrees outside. We panicked as a family as we have a young toddler. Applewood heating responded within a day and got us scheduled for an inspection for new installation. They had a plan and estimate for us quickly and worked very fast to get the work started. I believe from start to finish it only took a few days. Their employees were extremely pleasant and worked incredibly hard to get our heater going again. They even served me after they found out I was a Packers fan and the employee favored the Vikings :) Afterwards they even sent a little goody tin with chocolates as a way of saying thanks for our business. I would highly recommend them for any home needs you may have.

UPDATE: Despite how stressful and frustrating it was at the time I was contacted to make things right they really went above and beyond to make up for my experience. Will defiantly give them another shot.
Showed up late. Replaced pipes (they were not leaking prior) under sink in 15min ran water said it was all good. 2hrs later we had 2” of water under the sink on the shelf of our brand new vanity and wall. Called right away and they booked me for the next day in the afternoon was told I couldn’t speak with anyone about their mistake for 2 business days. Felt my project and especially my property was not treated with concern or care. I paid extra for this service and expected them to be ontop of doing what is right to correct an issue they caused. Had to miss a flight to be there for them the next day. Very frustrating.

We had a situation where we had to turn off the main water supply and Applewood was able to send their technician Colin within a few hours.
Colin was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed our problem immediately ensuring everything was working properly and answered all our questions.
We are extremely happy with Colin and his work and would definitely ask for him on any job that we Applewood do for us. Thank you Colin!

William did a great job answering all my questions. My air conditioner is working better than ever. I will continue to use Applewood for all my home service needs. Keep up the great work!

I have their gold plan and I have now tried 3 times to get get them over to service my air conditioner. Every time I've booked it they cancel it. I have canceled medical appointments and sat ALL DAY waiting only to have them cancel again. They would rather take care of people they can bill. Very rude and inconsiderate of my time!! Never again.

Never heard a word from them after responding to my bad review. This company has really gone down hill.

Called to schedule an appointment, had a 2 hour window scheduled and nobody called or showed up. I took time off work in order to make this appointment. When I called the main number to inquire, after I had not heard from them within the window they scheduled, I was told that their technician cannot make it and he tried to call me to let me know and then they asked if I can reschedule. Save your time and money and make an appointment with literally anybody else. My guess is these 5 star reviews are fake reviews of the business since my first and last experience with them they stood me up and gas lighted me.

Kevin was wonderful and so friendly! Our A/C repair went very smoothly. I was provided with clear and friendly communication from my initial phone call through the completion of the job. I will absolutely continue to work with Applewood.
