We were very pleased to have Tom work with us!. He was very accommodating and explained everything that he was doing, and followed up with the other technicians that also worked with us.

Applewood sent a professional plumber, Jaime, to handle my on-going issue with my sinks. The fault lay with the initial installation of all my single level faucets and sinks in every one of my bathrooms. Jaime figured out a "fix" that saved me $ by not having to reinstall all those sinks and countertops. Thank you Jaime and Applewood for your prompt, responsive service!

We had a great experience. Our water heater needed to be replaced and they were able to complete the job in the same day. They started the work and another employee arrived later with the new heater and associated parts so we didn't waste hours with our technician having to go get them. The work looks great. Professional and well installed.

Matt was amazing! We were the last call of his day, and he still showed up eager to help us, quickly and efficiently. Our problem was easily fixed thankfully, and Matt was quick to diagnose and inform us of the next steps. He also gave great advice about some future cosmetic things we’d like to do down the road. We purchased a Bradley White gas water heater from Applewood Plumbing 7.5 years ago. The water heater went out last night and we called Applewood this morning and learned that we has a 100% 10 year parts and labor warranty. They dispatched a plumber (Tony Loewen) to replace it. Tony arrived within two hours of my original call and quickly and professionally replaced the unit. Tony was very professional and got us back in business within in less than 90 minutes including removal of the old unit. Tony was very pleasant and left the space cleaner than he found it! There was no charge for any of this and we now have a brand new hot water heater!

I called this morning and they were able to come within two hours to inspect our air conditioner. Jeremy was very thorough and professional, and gave me detailed, itemized estimates for both repairing and replacing of our a/c unit. There was no pressure to decide on the spot, just let them know whenever we’ve had time to talk it over. A great experience!

Work needed and prices explained well. Two man crew was very knowledgable, polite and clean minded.

We had Matt over to replace some of our outlets and he was great! Very knowledgeable, professional , honest, and did it all with a smile! He was always willing to answer any questions we had and was so patient with our curiosity and questions. He was never pushy and never pressured us into anything, which I really like.
