Josh was within the “window of time” provided to me when making the appointment. He was personable (even with our 2 barkie dogs), knowledgeable and very professional. He seemed like a very good worker and a sincerely nice person. Applewood is fortunate to have a man like Josh on staff! Very satisfied with his work.

Hunter was quick, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. We have a 24 year old A/C system and he replaced one part and made a recommendation to replace another part soon but that it didn’t need to be done yet. I appreciated the honesty! He showed up in our 2 hour service window and we were given a call when he was about 45 minutes away. We were very happy with our experience with Applewood and plan to use them for services in the future.

Josh came by and did a great job at a reasonable price, if there was a Fire emoji, I would give it to him as he gets 12 out of 10 stars. Hung mirror with electrical work that is great

Andrew K. came out to look at my HVAC system to see what was going on. He was awesome. I have zero complaints about him.

What I do have an issue with is their pricing system. They go off of a pricing book with pre-selected amounts on them. For example... a condensate drain line (clear rubber hosing), is over $500 to replace. A pump that costs $60 online is over $800 to replace. I'm starting to think allot of the big name companies are doing this, not just Applewood. Wish they would just charge time and materials.

Applewood knocked it out of the park. Mat helped me figure out the short-circuited board on my furnace. After listening attentively to my issue, Mat took the time to walk me through the diagnosis, recommend the service (and nothing more), and had it fixed within the hour. Stellar job and I’ll be calling Applewood back next time I’ve got an issue.

John was incredible! That guy was not only professional but also offered advice and tips on how to get stuff done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Only complaint is that he wouldn't sing opera for us. 🤣 We'll let it slide. Super cool guy.

Jaime was great! He quickly assessed the situation, and put us at ease by clearly explaining the range of solutions. Once we decided on the best option, he did an amazing job! He didn't just fix the issue, he improved our system so we can actually prevent these issues from happening again in the future. We are very grateful for Applewood & specifically Jaime's expertise.

Josh C. is very professional and truly exceptional. His knowledge is outstanding. He went above and beyond to explain to me all the issues and answered all my questions. He went over in detail everything that needed to be done at my property. Kudos to Josh he is a kind person and well knowledgeable.

Josh Stevenson did an excellent job at repairing issues with my A/C system. There was build up from drywall debris and drainage leading to rust in the unit. Josh showed me exactly what was wrong and how it could be corrected. He was even able to install the humidifier for the home and give pointers on how to save on heating and cooling the house. He even fixed the fence outside. He was pleasant, on-time and honest. I will definitely work with him on A/C maintenance in the future.

We had a bit of an emergency plumbing issue and I found Applewood on Google. They were able to see us the next morning which was a relief and faster response than the other companies I called. Greg showed up and he was amazing! He was very helpful and skilled and respectful of our home. He communicated really well about the leaks we had and left our home clean and completely repaired.
