I called the right place when my heat was out on a very cold morning. Applewood took my call and dispatched a technician who arrived promptly (Justin F.) He was professional, friendly, and very competent and knowledgeable.

He got my heat working and took the time to explain everything he was finding and dealing with. He also stuck around after the repair to ensure all was back to normal.

I will call Applewood whenever I have a need in my home that they can service. This is one very happy and impressed customer (and warm again)!

Applewood is a professional company. I had a leak in my basement and called Applewood to have it looked at and repaired.

The whole experience was made easy by everyone at the company that I spoke with. Their communication, timing and hand-offs between different team members were impeccable. They made sure everything was clear and that there were no surprises.

Matt Carhart is an experienced, knowledgeable professional. Both Matt and his trainee Nick did an amazing job. Matt not only fixed the original leak, but also spotted other issues that could have caused more trouble down the road.

Glad that I decided to use Applewood and hope my future experience with them is just as good.

We first called Applewood when we had an emergency issue with our house. They were quick to respond and so gracious about the whole thing. Now they are our go-to team for any plumbing, electrical, etc. I appreciate so much about how they do business. From clear communication and thoughtful follow up to reasonable pricing, we tell all of our friends to use their services.

Justin F. was phenomenal, he was on time, attentive and really explained the situation of my air conditioner in terms that I would understand not being a HVAC expert. He was honest and told me what was immediate action vs. Recommend action and didn't force anything will definitely call again!

Very disappointed with Applewood!!! They quoted me almost $12,000 for a 75 gallon hot water heater replacement. I thought that seemed high so I checked with 2 other plumbing companies. One was approx $3,000 and the other was approx $4,500. When I called the Applewood service tech to understand the pricing difference, I got a line of garbage about warranties and other nonsense. Needless to say, I did not select Applewood for my hot water heater and I will no longer use them for any of my electrical, furnace or a/c work.

Scott was the best! I had seen multiple other plumbers who had all told me the only way forward was to replace our tankless water heater. With estimates ranging from $5000 to $10000. Scott just got in there and fixed it! Forever grateful.

From now on Applewood is my "go-to". Totally professional. Highly trained and knowledgeable. Exceeded all our expectations! Highly recommend Applewood to keep your house running at its best. Total pros. Easy to set up appointment. Very transparent on pricing. Tyler arrived on time and completed his tasks thoroughly. He took the time to explain to me more about how to best maintain my HVAC and AC systems. I’ll happily use them again.

Luke was on time and professional. He assessed the situation and gave me a recommendation on next steps. He was not pushy in any way but informative of what the problem was and his preferred fix. Absolutely will use this service (and Luke!) again. Already signed up for another appointment for a different system. Definitely use Applewood!
