Can't say enough good things about the service from Kevin at Applewood. He did a thorough examination of the inducer unit on my furnace to find condensation leaks and then walked me through the issues in detail with his recommendations for how to remedy. Kevin was knowledgeable and fair, even recommending that I work through the furnace warranty process first to help save money. I will gladly return to Applewood in the future for HVAC servicing.

Kyle was wonderful and very knowledgeable. He assessed and fixed the problem quickly. The thing that really stood out was how he explained the problem in easy to understand terms and often asked what questions I had. Very thoughtful and professional.

Wow, I could not be more pleased to give this review. From start to finish, Applewood delivered above and beyond. From my first inquiry on Thumbtack, Kayla called and immediately provided me with useful information to have our routine furnace maintenance inspection scheduled. She was thorough with process and pricing, and as luck would have it, I could be scheduled same day, just 2 hours after inquiring! I would have been thrilled with same week, but same day was just unreal. Kayla was kind and professional! Jacob Murphy came out to service our furnace, and WOW I am blown away. As a new homeowner, Jacob took the time to walk me through his process and made sure I was comfortable with everything he was working on from start to finish. I left the appointment SO much more confident in my new home's furnace set up. I will be using Applewood from now on - I'm sold on the service! Jacob Murphy was incredible to work with; he was knowledgeable, kind, professional, and he gave me unbiased and useful information to properly make an informed decision on my furnace's upcoming maintenance. My technician was very professional and willing to go the extra mile. When I asked a question about a potential future service, he asked if I wanted it done right then. I agreed and got my urgent sump replacement done AND a shower valve upgrade done very conveniently. He explained every step of the way on both projects.

Tom performed a Free Furnace inspection on our home and was very thorough and knowledgeable. Additionally Tom was very courteous and professional. He took extra time to explain in detail what he was doing and asked me if I had any additional questions (which I had) and actually isolated and provided a solution to a vibration sound we were randomly experiencing. As always my experience with Applewood was outstanding! Thank you!

Great experience both times. This most recent time requested Josh again for my AC checkup for this summer. Knew something was wrong and Josh came out and talked and walked me through the entire effort. Josh was pleasant, professional, and patient the entire time as I looked over his shoulder, asked questions, and small talked his ear off. 5 stars.

Sean was fantastic. He was able to repair a sconce that required a lot of patience and know how. So nice to work with: friendly and took great care. Highly recommend him!

Jaime and Donavan (?) were friendly, straight forward with options and pricing, and completed the work timely. I never purchased a water heater, so I had a bit of sticker shock, but it is what it is. From my initial call to the installation to the follow up call, the customer service was excellent! I definitely recommend their services, and plan to use them in the future if/when needed
