I have been so happy with Sunshine both times I've needed them. My hot water failed, and they were able to come first thing the next morning. Justin was punctual, polite, and very professional. They are always up front about the costs and apply any coupons they have available. He was able to get a new unit here and installed within the day. Sunshine has become my go-to for all my plumbing and heating needs.

Going into a big snowstorm weekend our furnace ignitor died. Called Sunshine and they were able to come out same day. Manny arrived ahead of schedule, diagnosed and repaired the issue and had us up and running in no time at all. Great service and professional! Thanks!

Update: Manny came out again and did a furnace tuneup, leak test and cleaning. Very detailed and gave explanations of the furnace and its workings along with maintenance ideas. Appreciate the customer service!

The plumber admittedly didn't turn the valve on before he left, and we had multiple issues over the weekend because of his mistake. He eventually showed up Monday morning, but he didn't make me feel great about our newly installed pump. He said "The pump kinda just floats around, so he had to try and secure it into place the best he can. Hopefully it won't move, but call us if it does. " I also asked for another plumber for the repairs to the repairs to check on the work, but they just sent the same person. I guess we will see.

Another great experience with Sunshine Plumbing, Heating and Air! Technician (Kermit) arrived on time and was professional while performing the furnace tune up. He provided recommendations while being honest about the condition of my furnace (was in really good condition). Sunshine has been super easy to work with from setting up the appointment to the technicians to the service. Very appreciative!

Emanuel did a great job. He taught me a great deal about my HVAC system and worked with me to troubleshoot an issue. He was very professional and personable. Always happy with Sunshine Heating and Plumbing.

Amazing service! I got a call from my renter that the pipe had burst in the basement, and there was 2 inches of water everywhere. I called sunshine plumbing and they were able to dispatch Brett within two hours. From beginning to end the customer service was exceptional, from the receptionist to the scheduler and including Brett who called in advance to confirm he was on his way. He was kind and efficient, and the pricing was extremely fair. I would highly, highly recommend sunshine plumbing!

If I could have rated Sunshine Heating & Air higher, I would have. Sunshine just finished installing a new High Efficiency Navien Boiler/Hot Water system in my home. The entire company went above and beyond my expectations in every area. Kristie, in the office, is to be commended for handling all of the scheduling. William Frew, the owner, promised a completed job in a week and delivered on that promise. William and his team, including Marco, Dylan, Chris and Josh arrived promptly at my home each morning. They were professional, answered all of my questions, cleaned up every night before they left, and overall treated me and my home with respect. Sunshine definitely provides a quality installation and each and every person that worked on my install was extremely proud of the work they presented me. Sunshine came back today to "tweak" a few things that William was not satisfied with. I have shown my new boiler/hot water system to friends and family, as it looks that good. I will definitely be using Sunshine Plumbing, Heating & Air for future work and recommending their company to others. Great job!

This was my first time hiring Sunshine Plumbing and Heating. I was thrilled with the whole process. First, scheduling went smoothly and I could tell the receptionist was smiling on the phone! Second our technician Rocky was really personable and quickly got to solving our plumbing problem. I loved the systematic approach of taking pictures before the work was done and emailing them to me and then taking pictures after the work was done and emailing them to me as well. That gave me a confidence that they're not trying to hide any of their work under the rug so to speak. Finally the estimate and payment process was very straight forward and smooth. I'm so happy to have found a plumbing and heating company that I will hire again as well as refer to a friend!

I tried Sunshine to fix my issue with my shower not providing warm water - only very hot and very cold. The scheduling was very organized and reliable. The service person called me early to see if he could come before the scheduled time. I had a sitter at our house, so he called me throughout the job and talked me through what he had found and what our choices were. He explained options for us and I asked him to go ahead and fix it. It was done within about an hour and a half total, and that included the time he needed to go get the part from the warehouse. I was very satisfied with the communication and timeliness and I would definitely use Sunshine again.
