I had my sewage injector pump replaced in November 2020. The new one stopped working for unknown reasons in June 2021. Sunshine originally set up my appointment for Thursday, but they put a rush on the job and dispatched Rocky to replace it on Tuesday. He arrived on time with a new pump. He was prepared, meticulous, professional and friendly. He installed the new pump and tested it to make sure it was working. Because the pump that stopped working was still under warranty, there was no charge on the job. Sunshine is great and Rocky is the best!!

I requested a plumber check out issues with our shower in our rental. I never received a call or email with a quote. I literally called 6 times over the last week try and just get the quote. I finally get the quote and it was wrong. Our renter moves in today and I still have no idea what is wrong with our shower, or what the actual quote price should be.

Zach was terrific. He as able to come even sooner than expected - which was great since our furnace stopped working during the coldest few days of the year. It was clear he was putting in a lot of extra hours at this time to make sure people got seen as soon as possible. He gave us a clear run down of the problem and explained we needed a new system. Later he came back after the new system was installed and checked it out (even though that was well into the evening) to make sure it was properly installed. He also made a special trip to pick up and install a wifi thermostat since he had personally promised that would be part of our new system and it had not been installed. Again, he stayed late to personally install it. A few weeks later when we had some concerns about the new system he personally came out to make sure all was running well and made appropriate adjustments. Zach is just one representative of a company that we have consistently been pleased with for both plumbing and heating. Their technicians are always courteous and very good at what they do.

We needed a few old water valves replaced under our kitchen sink. We had no hot water for 4 days because they were booked solid, but we managed. Celina Mendoza came to help us out today. She was awesome!! Had all 3 valves replaced super fast and then was able to help us install a new toilet as well. She was super friendly and efficient, arrived within the time we were given even with the big snow we had last night. Overall great experience. Thanks so much, Celina!

Manny was the name of my A/C technician. He was polite, well-spoken, and professional. He described everything he did step-by-step as he performed the work. He worked quickly and efficiently. Before leaving he gave me some very good recommendations for additional service I should consider. I couldn't have been happier with the job he did. I should also mention that he really liked my dogs, and they liked him, too.

Sunshine was responsive and able to respond to our small water leak quickly.
Their tech, Rocky, was great. He was on time and educational about our systems.

In the past Sunshine was an outstanding company. Recently they have fallen short in just about every aspect of their service. Poor repairs, extreme charges, unreliable appointments and poor management outlines just a few of their issues.
I’m sorry to say, I will have to search elsewhere for my HVAC needs

Sunshine Plumbing treated us great. The office staff was direct and deliberate in getting an appointment set up. And our service technician, Rocky Lucero, was punctual and very kind, as well as being efficient and proficient in his work. Good day Sunshine!

Rocky was awesome. Quick and professional and super helpful. He put the booties on entering the house and I could not even tell where he had been working . I asked him a few questions about general plumbing items around my house and he answered them all. When it was time to get to the repairs - he finished it in (to me) record time. I have used Sunshine before and will continue to use them as long as they send people like Rocky.
