Raul was very friendly and helped me out with my issue quickly. I would have given them a 5 star rating but they didn't show up during the alloted time window. I had to reach out to them. Once he arrived it was all good.

In today's age when integrity seems to be an exception rather than the general rule, I rely heavily on Google reviews when looking for services. I found Sunshine Plumbing, Heating and Air to replace my water heater and re-route my water softener. From the first call until the completion of the job, the service was stellar. The staff and technicians were kind, friendly and very helpful. Jeff and James, the two technicians were professional and answered any question I had. I loved the email and text reminders. The fact that this a woman-owned and family business was a plus as I prefer to support local business. I will continue to use this company for any of my HVAC and plumbing needs. I highly recommend them with absolutely no reservations.

Can’t say thank you enough to this company. Susan the owner went above and beyond to help us and make sure we got heat quickly. And our main technician Lorenzo, made sure to check on me thru out the day and making sure I was warm. The whole process from my first call to having my new boiler installed was 3 days. This is an amazing company, everybody from the owner to office staff to the technicians made us feel like we were important, like what we needed was a priority to them, we weren’t treated like just another client. And the boiler is nice and quite, plus they cleaned up all their mess and wiped up any water that leaked from the old boiler.

I needed my furnace cleaned and inspected as part of selling my home. I found Sunshine based on reviews online and they didn't disappoint. Paul came out (3 hours early!) and took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. Extremely professional and fast. Would definitely recommend these guys and I will definitely use them again in the future.

One of the best decisions we made was joining the Sunshine club because we have had Sunshine Plumbing come out 3-4 times since joining. We had a basement leak and Sunshine came out first thing the next day. Josh was the best plumber we’ve ever had (and we’ve had a lot before) and he explained to me everything that needed fixing and what to do with problems in the future. Truly excellent service!

Casey from Sunshine Plumbing arrived on time with a pre-arrival phone call. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the issues I was having, explaining every option in a clear way. He was able to fix my plumbing problem in a very cost effective way. Because of my very positive experience, I signed up for Sunshine Plumbing's annual member service which gives me the confidence of knowing I have someone reliable to call if I ever need more service.

I was scheduled for Sunshine to come out on a Friday, but they called and stated they had to reschedule and rescheduled for the next day. The plumber Justin came out and was nice and very professional. He gave me some suggestions on how to prevent my drainage issues. I appreciated the phone call from Sunshine to reschedule and appreciated their great customer service. It seemed a bit pricey, I guess, but, I didn't research prices so that may have been standard. They did honor the 5% off Angie's list coupon as well!

James came today to install a valve to connect so that my fridge water/ice maker would work. The work was done fast, and James was so polite and courteous that it made me feel better about the whole process. He also saved me ~$300 by locating a better spot to install the valve. I really valued his professionalism, which has been characteristic of all of our experiences with Sunshine.

Sunshine was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were lovely over the phone, and assured me that their expertise covered the problem I was looking to solve. They confirmed our appointment multiple times before the day, and sent me a name and picture for the technician I'd be meeting. I got Jason for my service, and am very happy I did. I was a bit nervous going into the appointment because the installer couldn't be there and I wasn't sure I'd be able to communicate the problem properly, but Jason completely understood what was going on. He explained it to me (a layman) in a way that made sense. He was kind and courteous throughout the process as well. I feel confident moving forward with our project thanks to Jason, and will definitely be requesting him for future service. Thanks to Sunshine and Jason for de-stressing my home renovation, at least in the plumbing arena!
