Sunshine installed a toilet flange and replaced a section of corroded sewer pipe for us. The entire process from scheduling the work with Chris, receiving a quote, and having Josh perform the work, was a master-class in professionalism. Josh was punctual, friendly, considerate, kept an impeccably clean workspace and did great work. I have no hesitation in recommending Sunshine Home Services.

I have used Sunshine for years and am a member on their service plan. But yesterday changed my relationship with them. I had an appointment to have a kitchen sink leak assessed. Knowing it was probably my garbage disposal, I had purchased a new one at Home Depot. The tech confirmed that it was the garbage disposal and all he had to do was install my new one that I had bought. It would take about an hour. When he gave me the estimate it came to $1115. That's not a typo. I almost passed out. I don't have friends who know how to do this work so I don't have a lot of options. I was almost sick to my stomach that an hour's worth of labor and no parts would be over $1100 "because of inflation." So he says, "let me see if I can help you - I'll go make a call." He comes back a few minutes later and suddenly the price is reduced by more than 1/2 to $462. Still exorbitant for an hour's worth of labor but I didn't feel like I had a choice. I paid it. The service itself was fine. But I feel like I got totally scammed by the $1115 that scared me into thinking that $462 was acceptable. It felt very bait and switch. The tech could show me no line item list of where those costs were going; he didn't have record that I was a member and didn't ask; I had to tell him that I get the service fee waived because I was a member. I am still sick about how this all went down. Never again.

Highly recommend Sunshine Home Services! I’ve been suing them for years. They’ve always been prompt and come right away. I’ve always been satisfied with their work.

I have used Sunshine on several projects. We have a Real Estate business and have used them to help us get homes ready for market. Today I had them come in and look at a condo we have up for sale. It has the origional furnace (1982) and a hot water heater that is over 25 years old. We also wanted to add AC to the unit. Time is of the essence to get this property on market. They came out the next day, reviewed everything that needed to be done. 2 hours later I had an itemized quote and they said they could start in 2 days. They are professional, friendly and trustworthy. That is the most important attribute in a service company. They are fairly priced and I always feel like they have earned every dollar I have paid them. They do what they say they will do, when they say they will and for a great price. I highly recommend Sunshine!

Sunshine home services came out to repaire a leaking spigot. While they were here they were also able to fix my sprinkler pipe which was installed by another company incorrectly. They were easy to line up, very communicative with text of the service person coming and a very detailed follow-up with pictures of the work done! Will definitely use them again and would certainly recommend

I highly recommend Sunshine Home Services!! My technician Don, was prompt, friendly and super knowledgeable about my problem. I moved into my home and my heating system wasn’t working well and I thought I would need a brand new furnace. Don came in and found that it was only operating at 50% capacity and fixed the problem quickly as well as recommended some other options to keep my house warm. I’m super happy with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone. They fixed my problem for a fraction of the cost and gave me great advice for the future!!
