Called for a diagnostic on a 20 year old water heater. The power was over loaded and it popped the switch. The attendant was very polite found the switch and it was turned back on! 🤦🏽‍♀️ No charge! No snark! Will definitely use again for service!

Sunshine sent a wonderful plumber on short notice to help identify the source and cause of a sewage back up. When his first monitor did not work, he took the extra effort to return to the office, secure a working monitor, and returned to finish the job late on a Friday afternoon. The technician was friendly, knowledgable and professional. We are grateful for the help.

Rocky started his awesome service even before he arrived with excellent communication regarding the timing of his arrival. Rocky was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and an all around great person. He got my tankless water heater in great running shape, replaced a pipe that was too small and increased my water pressure all within a reasonable time frame. Would highly recommend Rocky and will definitely call him for future service! Thanks, Rocky!

Called Sunshine Plumbing late in the afternoon and was able to get service next day! Customer Service was spot on.

My technician, Rocky Lucero, was on time and provided me with several options for the leak on the cold water hose for the washer. The ability to pick different options to fix and ensure the leak would not continue was great.

Rocky worked fast and very efficiently. He even offered to come back and fix a piece on the water hose if it was needed (hose was brand new btw, if the appliance wouldn’t honor the warranty).

Overall, very pleased with the service and will continue to use Sunshine Plumbing for any future needs.

The service technician, Emanuel Garcia , was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He called to say he was coming and arrived on time. He listened to my concerns and handled the problems efficiently. The only reason I did not give Sunshine Plumbing 5 stars is that they rescheduled my appointment two times, due to emergencies.

Everyone dreads having to call the plumber....BUT William made it so seamless and easy. We had a leak in our basement from the water softener and he fixed it right away. He was professional and did a great job! The office crew was also awesome. Very responsive! We will definitely use Sunshine again!

No one wants to be without heat/hot water in January, and Sunshine definitely understands that! My experience with this company was excellent. I called late on a Friday and they had a technician out on Saturday morning. They went above and beyond to get a complicated job (gas line leaking underground) done as quickly and cost effectively as possible. Because it was a complicated issue, there was a lot of brainstorming and problem solving that had to be done, and the Sunshine team took that challenge head on. Everyone I had contact with at Sunshine was friendly, professional, courteous, and had excellent follow through. Jeff L did the majority of work for my apartment and I am so impressed by him. He communicated very effectively with what needed to be done, when it would happen, and how long it would take. He was always prompt and finished on time or ahead of schedule. He worked so hard to get my heat and hot water back as quickly as possible, and to top it all off, he was very friendly. I highly recommend Jeff and Sunshine and would 100% use them again. Great experience!

I just left a new (for us) clients home. I am also a female in the HVAC ndustry and I am disgusted at the service my new client has received from your company.. She had a system installed in 2021 from you and it is grossly oversized. The home calls for a 3TON air conditioner and a 80KBTU furnace - your company put in a 100KBTU furnace with a 5TON condenser on the outside and a 4TON evap coil on the inside (how in the world do you sleep at night) She called our company because you have completely blown her off and put her on a do not service list. I even attempted a call to your company while I was onsite with her and got the same run around!!! She just spent 16k with you and now has to turn around and fix this mess again!!! Shame on you - you give us all a BAD name and I hope no other clients fall for your nasty service, but if they do, I hope they call me!!!

Sadly, due to no show and no call, which wasted my time, I will not be considering Sunshine Home Services for my needs in hvac. 1st impressions go a long way in my book and to be told the person who I had an appt with did not even see my appt, is sad indeed.

Roberto was very knowledgeable, proficient , and extremely helpful. He came out to service our furnace which stopped working.

We were very worried, as temperatures were dropping into the teens. He quickly identified a faulty sensor, but had to go pickup the part. He spent the better part of his Saturday evening fixing the furnace and answering all of our questions to make sure we had no additional concerns.

We have used Sunshine several times before, including getting our water heater replaced a few years ago. We have always been happy with the service experience they provide, and this time was exceptional.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience today, but when we have additional work done in a couple months, we will be specifically requesting Roberto.

He was extremely patient, kind, and considerate, even though he stayed to work late on a weekend. Thank you so much for such a wonderful service experience- with what started as a very stressful Saturday evening.
