The staff and team at Sunshine Home Services are always professional, timely, knowledgeable and clean! They have been to my house several times and I've always been satisfied with their work and service.

Josh Wyatt from Sunshine Home Services cleared a HUGE wad of old hair from the drain of my tub/shower. He had the job done in less than 30 minutes. Josh also checked the drain a 2nd time to be certain that all was flowing freely again. I've used Sunshine several times now because their service is excellent!

Our AC stopped working last night(Sunday of Labor Day Weekend) Sunshine came out first thing Monday morning(Labor Day) fixed our AC, gave us great pointers on things we can do to help keep it running smoothly. When I got the bill I was super happy with the price as well!!!!! Found my new company

I was thinking we had no other option than to give up on fixing our A/C unit. We went through multiple companies who couldn't figure out what was wrong or who to turn to for help. We luckily found SUNSHINE and Marco who immediately found the problem, got the items we needed to solve it, and troubleshooted every aspect until it was working like new. You can tell when someone knows their job and knows it well, and Marco was surely an expert. I’m grateful for their services and will definitely use them for any of our AC needs!

I recently moved to my home and needed a Nest thermostat installed after I wasn’t able to figure it out. While looking into that I found a magnet with Sunshine’s info on it so figured I would give them a try.

Since they were coming out to the house I figured I’d have them inspect the heating/cooling units. My window was 11-2 and just before 11 I received a text letting me know Emanuel was on his way. The text included a picture of him which I thought was really great safety measure!!

He was absolutely fantastic! Emanuel walked me through all the items he was testing, explaining the different aspects of the cooling system while doing so (I like to know how these things work). He made sure I was comfortable with whatever needed to be done, asking before taking any action.

All in all I’m really glad I chose Sunshine and ended up joining the club for the year since there are other items I’d like addressed in the coming months and it just made sense. Check them out!

UPDATE 9/27/22
I needed some plumbing work done in response to a home inspection, so time was of the essence. I enjoyed working with the team last time so they were my first call. Trisha had someone scheduled for the next day! This really helped relieve the anxiety of getting these projects done asap.

Josh arrived early (he called and asked first) and I walked him through the issues reported. He knew exactly what I was talking about, what was needed, and how to remedy the problems. It turned out that one of the items was already installed on the main line and just needed an adjustment! Not only did he take care of that, but I learned a little bit more about my home's plumbing thanks to him. The second item was done quickly, and because he knew this was for an inspection rejection he took all the needed pictures to attach to the invoice.

Bonus! When he checked the pressure at the hose outside it was leaking, so he went ahead and took care of it. I'd say the services they provide are QUALITY and worth every penny because I know it's being done right, but more importantly I can tell that there is pride in the work being done.

Raul at Sunshine gas provided great service twice now, for a plumbing problem and a hot water heater problem. He is thorough and a good
communicator and I appreciated his work and plain niceness. Good service, fair price.

I would AVOID this company if you can. almost a $1000 in work and yet no solution. Their tech forgot to put the caps back on the isolation and relief valves. It's been leaking all over my floor. If he forgot to put the caps back on the valves what else did he forget to do? Out of money and still in the same predicament. They gave me a warranty. Why would I want a warranty from a company who's tech's don't care. The tech even left the trash on the floor.

Raul was the representative who was dispatched by Sunshine Home Services. He was very professional and personable! He made sure to take his time and try various methods to detect the issue at hand - in my case, it was attempting to find a leak that came from no justifiable source lol. Raul was very patient and efficient when it came to answering questions regarding plumbing matters. 12/10 recommend! Thank you to Sunshine Home Services for making this a painless experience.

Fixed a leaking water line outside of our home. Fast, effective, cost was reasonable. A+
