I was thoroughly impressed with each of the techs that came out to provide the services. There were four different techs that services my home which were Patrick, Miguel, Albert and Bobby.. They were extremely professional and were a pleasure to work with. There was one obstacle that got resolved making a short term stressful situation into a positive one. I would absolutely recommend them in the future.

Rod and Zack did an excellent job installing a new heat pump and furnace. They have an incredible work ethic. Rod was very knowledgeable, passionate and enthusiastic about the equipment he installed which I greatly appreciated.

Albert, Bobby and Norman did an amazing job installing a new furnace and A/C unit for us. Finished in about 6 hours, very professional crew. Would highly recommend!

The Diagnostic was very thorough and I was given several quotes for repair and replacement options. Unfortunately, my old system was pretty busted so I went with a replacement. They offered 4 different solutions and explained the tradeoffs.

The installers (Albert and Bobby) were awesome and got the job done quickly (had a good time chatting with them during the job as well). They also left everything cleaner than they found it.

I had a mini split system installed. Zack and Rod arrived on time, were very knowledgeable and professional. Install was very neat. Would definitely recommend Now Heating and air.

Hunter is very honest and helpful, we called when it was extremely cold, he came out same day and got us up and going.

Our furnace went out on a Friday night into one of the coldest weekends of the year! We called Now Heating & Air around 8 PM, and they had a service technician out by 9 PM. We were so grateful to have Ian there working late on a freezing Friday night. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We had to replace our furnace (15 years old,) but Ian took the time to be very thorough and explanatory in his diagnostic findings as well as options to fix or replace the furnace. He treated us and our home as it was his first job of the day. He called his associate Tera at 10:30 PM, and she was able to put together a list of packages and quotes and financing options for us. The time they took to explain our options, costs, pros/cons of each option and that really impressed us. They treated us like neighbors and couldn't have been nicer. NOW Heating and Air installed a brand new furnace, AC unit, and water heater that following Wednesday (all units were at the end of their life span and needed eventual replacing). They arrived to the job 8 AM sharp, and did a great job installing everything, cleaning up and getting our house nice and warm. Tera has been extremely responsive every time I've needed to get a hold of her for questions I've had. She is always so helpful and friendly. Tech arrived on time and thoroughly explained the issues and options. Installers (Zach and Rod) did a good job and left everything clean and orderly. They were great at explaining the operation of the new system.

Rod and Zack did an excellent job with the install of our new HVAC system. They went above and beyond throughout the day. Very clean, well organized, thorough explanation of system, warranty, and maintenance.
