Absolutely amazing. Without heat in winter?? He had a crazy long day, so arrived later than expected but still arrived!!! That's an immediate A+! He stayed until 9 to ensure the kids and I were back up and running with heat. I felt so guilty but so amazingly appreciative. So grateful for his commitment!!

Repair person was prompt and on time. He was professional and explained findings and the repair. I wasn’t happy with being charged for the visit since a recent service was just done on the unit. I was told that a peice of paper was stuck in the blower fan, and was in there on the cold air return. The last person to touch the system was the last repair person, but since more than 30 days past, it was no longer a warranty situation . But no way to prove otherwise as far as how a piece Of paper would end up in the blower. Thank you for not overcharging me…

Albert and Bobby came to help with an error code on our new HVAC system that was installed. They persevered through many trials figuring out what the issue was. They were determined to fix our issues no matter how much time it took them. They were very courteous while they took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and fixed. I am sure glad that they sent both of these fine men to work out the issues on our new system. I believe if it wasn't for their determination, it would still be showing the error. Now Heating and Air is very blessed to have these two as employees!

Kyler provided great communication on a diagnosis that I felt comfortable with. He extended options for further services and I will be taking him up on that.

Ben did an assessment of our furnace system after a fire in our area. He was very thorough with his explanations of his findings. He returned to perform a needed maintenance on the system. He was very efficient with his work. We are grateful to NOW Heating & Air for their professional service workers and ability to care for our needs so quickly.

NOW responded in a timely way, considering that I'm sure the number of emergency calls they must have received with temperatures in the single digits. The technician was was very friendly and explained the the problem. He had the correct part with him which shortened the time we were without heat. I would highly recommend this company, and should the need arise again, they will be my go to company.
