I woke up to a cold house and called Now. They were able to send someone out within a couple hours, no emergency fee. Luckily they are nearby and when we decided we needed to replace the thermostat, he was able to just run to the shop and be back to install it a few minutes later. It was all done so efficiently, I didn't even have to miss work that day.

Let me be clear, I hate writing these reviews. I work in a very similar industry on the commercial side, so I know that mistakes happen but it’s how the business responds that truly defines it’s culture. I give this two stars because the Lennox unit I got is awesome and works great, but poor customer service and after-care are unforgivable in competitive rich industries. Keep reading if you want the whole story but, TLDR, keep looking.

The experience of shopping, buying, and installing the unit were smooth and painless. They really had me believing that I was in for a good experience but I’m glad I forgot to fill out this review until now. You see, the problems come after: first of all, my installation still hasn’t passed inspection. Fortunately, the unit works fine and the inspector said I shouldn’t have issues, it’s just not up to code. Part of that was on the electrician to fix (and they did) but I haven’t head back since.

Secondly, and much more importantly, was the leaking. You see, water is subject to the force of gravity. This means that when you install a drain pipe it must be tilted TOWARDS the drain for the water to flow under gravity’s might. Unfortunately, the installing technicians were unaware of that fact and installed the drain pipe tilted AWAY from the drain.

What this amount to is a very slow leak that totaled a few gallons in my crawl space. Water would overfill the drainpipe and then flow back along the outside of the pipe and onto the floor instead of into the drain. The floor was soaked through and the water accumulated anywhere it could.

They say they have 24/7 support, they don’t. They do have a bunch of different local phone numbers but they all said, it’s the weekend and you’re out of luck. I emailed my sales rep who was the only one to respond but still didn’t get any help until Monday morning. To their credit, they came out and fixed it right away. The fix, a 30 cent PVC 90 and a block of wood to make the water flow DOWN! The guy’s inspected the water damage but they, of course, said it was fine.

If it hadn’t been for another, unrelated, leak in my house, I might not have noticed for much longer. I filled a shop-vac in the crawl space cleaning up this mess after it was fixed but the insulation on the ducts so still soaked two weeks after.

Now I have to hire an inspector to come and assess the damage. I asked my sales rep (the only one who ever responded to me) what would happen if the inspector found damage or mold… and guess what, I haven’t heard a word since.

I had an appointment for an estimate with this company. Two-hour window. No one called so I gave them a call back to see if I maybe got the time wrong. I did not. They sort of, kind of apologized and said they'd have the estimator call me within 5 minutes, or someone else would call me back within 15 minutes if she was unavailable. An hour later and no call. I called them again to let them know there was no need to call me back because if they can't keep their word on a basic thing like this, who knows what they're like doing an actual project. You would think they don't want customers with this kind of unprofessionalism and service. No thank you!

Tried to get a quote but no one showed, no one called and when I emailed the client relations manager I got no reply! Then they sent me a review link?? Bad on there part! I feel like they could be a scam company or something. 0 follow thru and 0 communication. Good luck with this one!

The technicians, Zach and Hunter were professional and did an excellent job for my AC maintenance. I asked about a new thermostat and they told me about the one of one the thermostats the company offers, the warranty and the price. The price was to high for my budget but it sounded like a good deal.
I will use this company again.
