Hunter Brown the service technician was professional and knowledgeable. He was the perfect person to have contact with during a furnace malfunction in subzero weather.

The company accomodated me quickly. Hunter, the service tech, was very knowledgeable and fixed our issue right away. He also gave us information about options going forward, and was happy to answer any questions we might have.

The crew did a great job. My system was in rough shape before they got there and when they left it looked like brand new. Would recommend them and will keep their contact in case I have any need in the future for sure.

The technician I had was Jordan T. and he was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable at what he was doing and was talking to me step by step on what he was doing. I was having some issues with my A/C unit not cooling my house. He was very thorough with his work and recommended some great options. I will certainly be back with Now Heating & Air. I wanted to take advantage of Denver's heat pump rebates, so I called Now. Eric and Tera were helpful during the scheduling and lead up. Albert, Bobby, and Victor we're awesome on install day. Very happy with the service I've received!

My husband and I have lived in our home for 53 years without air conditioning. August of 2020 we chose Now Heating Air to install our system. We are totally happy with every aspect of the installation and service help.. This past weekend our system had a problem & stopped working. I called first thing on Monday morning to schedule a repair tech. The scheduler was able to send a tech to our home early morning to fix what turned out, to be a minor problem. Anthony, the tech, was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem and had everything working quickly. We highly recommend Now Heating and Air.

Justin came into our home and performed the furnace annual maintenance in a professional and timely manor. He got the job done and was very polite and I definitely would recommend him for any work that needs to be performed.

Hunter was awesome. Very knowledgeable about his job. Very polite and courteous. He cleaned up after the work. He showed me exactly what he did when he was finished. He installed my new thermostat and helped me get started with it in my phone. I had a very good experience with this company and Hunter was very efficient.

I have used NOW since 2017 and have had nothing but 5 star reviews. The technicians that serviced my systems in 2 houses I own have been HVAC certified technicians and the reviews have been 5 Stars every time. However the employee that came this time told me he is not HVAC trained or certified but that he wants to be. Also has only worked there for 7 months. If not for the fact my furnace is only 1 year old and BETTER not have any issues I let it pass this time. For $245 per year for their annual service program I am very disappointed that even with a new system I am getting employees that don’t have any certification. Last, he asked to use my bathroom and wasn’t even at my house for 30 minutes. Very disappointed in NOW at this time. I hope in the future they send trained technicians to my house even though I have a new HVAC system.

We had a new cold climate heat pump and backup furnace installed. The crew that came out was very courteous and competent and worked through every hurdle they encountered in our older home. Having just experienced a 70 degree temperature change within a 24hr period, I can safely say the system works great.
