Had a water heater installed. Very satisfied. Waiting for receipt and warranty information.

I recently moved to Denver and worked with NOW for servicing my AC units and radiator heating system. Tera has been wonderful to work with over the phone. She's very professional and personable and worked hard to provide the best service person and to try and problem solve our issues.

Brian, the service provider was outstanding. I've never had a better service experience. He was professional, kind, and went out of his way to educate me on the issues and how to resolve some of them myself. He was honest and patient and thorough. Thank you Tera and Brian!!!

Jeremy was super helpful and a great technician. Very educated on his job.

Hunter came out for my first problem and found the issue and fixed it right away at a great price.
Miguel came out for my second problem a few months later and also found the problem right away and got it fixed.

Service call The technician quoted me $2,000 to fix the problem, but one of the sensors was needed to be cleaned. Which he didn't not do.l had another technician do.

Zach went totally above and beyond. He creatively worked through difficult problems and stayed super late to finish the job and get our system up and running. He was professional and respectful.

Anthony was very personable, professional and gave information to me straight. He didn't make up stuff like other companies do to make a buck. After servicing my furnace, he found somethings wrong and laid out all the options in order to get it to work. I went with a total repla event furnace which brought everything to code. I enjoyed having him in my house to do the work. Before making the ultimate decision on a replacement. Tera, Anthony's supervisor got in the conversation about fixing the existing furnace or replacing it entirely. They laid out the ground work, price, install time and date. But the final decision was mine and mine alone. Never forced into anything. I would highly recommend this company to friends do and family.

He cleaned and serviced our furnace was very knowledgeable and very professional. Also was able to answer all my questions and set us up on yearly maintenance plan that really pleases us!
