Efficient, knowledgeable, left the work area like they found it.
His trainee, Durrell works his tale off, he's going to be a good asset once he is on his own.
I recommend use of NOW H/A.

Purchased cleaning a year ahead of time. Tech arrived early, texted before hand and called when he got close. Justin was very personable and took time to get to know my dog, who was nipping at his shoes! Explained everything that was done and then made some recommendations on filters and on other things I can do to help keep the air cleaner in my home, as I’m on oxygen. Purchased my new heater from Now 2 years ago and have been very satisfied with all aspects of this company!!

The house was initially bought in August. Before the purchase was completed the furnace inspected by NOW due to a slight natural gas smell in the upstairs bedroom. They came out and "inspected" it saying "no leaks found!" = $150. After smelling the natural gas smell getting worse for months we had Excel come out and take a look. They found a 10% LEL leak coming from where the gas line enters the regulator for the furnace. We called NOW to come fix the problem that they initially said was okay just months before. The repair tech came out, and determined it was the regulator needing replaced. He went back to the shop and got the new regulator only to figure out when he got back to the house that it was not the correct one. Another 1.5 hours later he returned for the second time with the correct regulator. It was installed, heat working and everything was good. Not. Not only can I not see where the "leak" was coming from on the old regulator, but the install tech left a lead wire on the inside of the furnace bypassing the thermostat which led us to not be able to turn off the heat for 7 hours (4am). At which point he had to come back for, yes, the third time in <12 hours to remove the lead wire bypass. $600 please and thank you.
I am extremely disappointed in the whole process from NOW. The combination of extremely sloppy service, knowledge and visual inspection of the regulator tell me that they replaced it for no reason.
The response time of the 3 am service call was good though.
If I could give them 0/5 stars I would.

Well, here we are 3 months later and we finally got our very noisy heater fixed.
Still no word on why it takes up to 5 times to light off.

Ian was very thorough and explained to me what needed to be done to service my furnace, which had not been done for a while. He checked the furnace, provided a list of everything that had been evaluated, and cleaned it thoroughly. I now have peace of mind that my furnace is ready for winter.

The team from Now Heating and Air was excellent! They quickly got us scheduled for our project and completed the job timely and professionally. The team was very friendly, arrived when they said they would, took the time to talk through project challenges, put protective covers in the areas they worked in, cleaned up when they were finished and thoroughly explained the operation of our new ductless AC system. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We appreciate their hard work and are looking forward to being cool this summer!

Now HnA did an outstanding job taking care of our issue with our boiler. The technician was knowledgable, friendly and willing to explain everything he was doing in detail. They were great!

Zack was fantastic. He was extremely professional, arrived on time, worked very efficiently and communicated progress and any issues directly with me. After he finished installing our mini split system he answered all my questions and left the place like he found it.

Tony and Bryan were very professional did a great job!
