Got two heat pumps installed for A/C in my large house that previously only had a swamp cooler. Overall, I had a good experience, but the timeline was slowed down by almost a week. Additionally, they tried to include furnace replacement in the initial estimate, despite not needing new furnaces. Sa far, the units seem to be cooling well, but I will have to wait until July/August to see how they really do

After getting a $4,300 quote on work needing done during an inspection I decided to get a second opinion. The total to fix it with the second company was $350. Obviously I took that option. This was the second time I had a similar experience with this company (I only called them again due to an advertised discounted deal).
This company under performs, over quotes, suggest unnecessary work and cannot be trusted. I recommend you do not call them!

The reason I wanted to pay on trade is because your company sent me an advertisement through the trade group and I have worked with you on trade for years. To advertise through the trade group and then refuse to take trade is illegal and a bait and switch. I realize you recently bought the business from a previous owner and there may be a learning curve, but the customer then needs to be taken into consideration with the switch instead of disregarded. Also, it had been exactly 1 year since the last service (not many- we were right on schedule). 2 days later another HVAC company tested them, serviced them, said your recommendations were excessive and got everything up and running with a clear flag for $350. They certainly did not indicate that we were running an safe business and placing anyone, including ourselves at risk. Your communications and recommendations seem extreme and inflammatory.

Great service, they show up on time. They installed my system and have maintained it. They are local and BBB rated. Kyle took good care of me.

I have had Now install and maintain a heater unit and and ac unit. I’ve also had them clean out the ducts and perform system maintenance. Each time they come out I’m impressed by the courteous technicians who always take the time to explain or answer my questions. Most recently, Justin came to do a system check and took the time to explain the whole system and what he was checking. Would recommend 10/10!

I will never use Now Heating & Air again. While the install of my air conditioner went smoothly, we had problems from the start with inconsistent pricing with quotes, quotes changing prices, errors with financing and finally the cherry on top was complete fall out of them submitting payment to the financing company. Threatinging emails about them taking me to collections. I did all my due diligence on my part, its not my issue that you never sent in paperwork or missed getting information that was never asked or provided.

Jeremy was so nice and polite. Knew what he was doing and took the time to explain any questions I asked. He was very vigilant about wearing his shoe covers and listening to my problem that I had and knew what to do to fix it. Also explained the cost upfront and also cleaned up after he was finished. He is an asset to your company. Thank you for sending him.

My heater stopped working on the coldest day of the year. I called several companies and no one was available. I called Now heating and air and was told they could send someone out soon. I got a call a few hours later and Miguel showed up 5 minutes after the call. He examined my furnace and told me what was wrong and fixed it on the spot. He saved the day! He was very nice and even wore shoe protection inside my house. I will use this company again in the future and recommend to all who ask! Thank you!
