Miguel was exceptionally polite, professional and thorough in performing maintenance for our two AC units. He took the time to do it right and took the time to answer all of my questions completely. We’ve had terrific service from everyone we’ve worked with at NOW.

Rod and Zack were professional, friendly, and provided guidance and advice to locate my new system outside to accommodate a new shed and maintain compliance with local codes. Installation was super fast, clean. They were courteous and treated my home and family as if it were their own.

Chase Adams did an excellent job yesterday installing our new water heater. He was kind enough to remove an extra water heater (left behind from a previous tenant) on top of the one that had broken down! He was professional, communicative, and helpful. A pleasure to do business with! Highly recommended!

The initial need occurred on a Sunday and I called 4 times to get a response from an emergency service tech. I never received a call back and had to endure a pretty cold night until I was able to reach service control on Monday. The service tech was not sent until the end of that Monday, so two full days of cold were experienced.

Once a technician was dispatched, the service was excellent and things progressed as they have in the past with excellence.

10 year customer. Been thrilled at the service for the entire time. County inspector was impressed at their workmanship. Annual maintenance agreement has been worth the money spent. System still looks and performs like it is brand new.

Anthony and company we're amazing. They took the time to actually investigate the problem and fix it. I had another company try to jerk me around and tell me that both my A/C unit and Furnace needed to be replaced. I will without a doubt, 100% come back to these guys for any other A/C & heating problems I have. They have a repeat customer in me should the need arise. I couldn't be any happier!

Patrick repaired and cleaned our gas fireplace which had not been serviced in 15 years. It looked almost new after he was done and worked well. It was not cheap, but we got what we paid for... topnotch service. Patrick was so professional, knowledgeable and personable. If I needed work done again, I would request him personally.
