Comfort By Design Furnace, Air Conditioning Service and Repair

Furnace stopped working overnight and woke up to a 58 degree home. Called Comfort by Design and they were onsite by 1:00p! Garry was SUPER professional, helpful, and resolved the problem - burned out igniter - quickly. He also provided advice for the future. Could not be happier! Thank you!!!

They did a good job installing our a/c and furnace. I always say that a mark of a good business isn’t being perfect but their customer service. And despite experiencing a couple hiccups they stepped up and fixed everything. I would use them again for sure.

Scott came to our home and tried to tell us we needed to get a 10,000 $ cash loan in order for him to be able to work with us. We found another company that came and did the work for 3,500 so in our opinion he is just charging people whatever he wants to make a lump in his own pocket

I had my water heater go out on me, I got ahold of Lisa and she was super responsive and checked up on me after the install. The office workers were great for scheduling, and our technicians were quick. I couldn't ask for more.
