George was extremely professional and knowledgeable about how to service and clean my Boiler and did a great job cleaning and enhancing the look and burn with multiple gas fireplaces in our home. Very conscientious about not making a mess and appreciate the professional service call.

Excellent customer service. My furnace burn out it's circuit board and is located in my attic. I called around 10 on a holiday and they were able to squeeze me in before the temperatures dropped. Josh got my furnace up and running, changed the filter and did a safety check in no time flat. Which was no easy feat.

I'm cost-conscious, but also care about quality and the reputation of contractors I hire. So I did my homework before asking Furnace World for one of three estimates to replace my 27-year-old Goodman furnace when it began to fail. Co-owner Jeff carefully considered my old home and patiently answered all my questions about the new two-stage Goodman he recommended. The cost was reasonable, and I was also impressed by Furnace World's three-year labor warranty; most companies warrant labor for only one year. Installation went smoothly, and Jeff himself came out afterward to make a couple of modifications around static pressure. I'm very pleased with my new Goodman, and even more pleased with the professionalism and personal attention offered by the Furnace World team. I'm so glad I paid attention to all the five-star reviews here, and am happy to now add my own. Thanks, Lisa and Jeff Coffy, for running such a professional and genuinely caring company!

Jim took our call and made the appointment. Very reasonable pricing and transparent estimation of costs. very professional and courteous.

Larry was the technician who came out to assist. Not only did he go above and beyond to fix our fireplace, but also resolved an additional issue discovered while in the process of repair, without charging me more than the original estimate. He also came back twice when he did not have the exact item needed to complete the job. Even worked around our schedules, on a Saturday no less–to complete the work.

Mr. Harris was fantastic. Great work and very detailed oriented. He fixed a problem with the humidifier that I was not aware of. I want this tech to do all my work!
