Comfort By Design Furnace, Air Conditioning Service and Repair

We noticed our AC wasn't really reaching the upstairs of our house and looking closer, there was some frost/condensation on the AC line that was a little worrying so we made a few calls over the weekend to try to get in somewhere. Not only did they answer promptly on a Saturday, the gentleman we talked to took the time to explain a fee 'this is what it could be' scenarios. They sent Mark out to us the next day who was professional, very nice and thorough in explaining exactly what was wrong and fixed it. All on a Sunday morning. All with extremely fair pricing. I can't tell you how thrilled we are. We will be staying with Comfort by Design for all of our HVAC needs in the future. We HIGHLY recommend!

My brother has a long time friend Nate that has worked with the company and referred us to them. One of the tech's Mike came out to inspect our A/C unit and he educated us and our options. We chose to purchase a new air conditioning unit at which Scott Bryant came over and he gave us such great comfort, assurance and what A/C unit would be the best for our home. We had Dillon, Steven and Rob were able to come immediately to install our new AC. They were prompt, thorough, professional, kind, and the work they did together was impressive. It honestly felt more like family was taking care of us than just a company putting our a/c unit in. They came to inspect the A/C unit as well a few days later to ensure that it was working properly. Our 22 year old boiler got a cracked casting causing a slight leak. I called John Pace and sent him information and photos of the installation. After a few days we had an up-dated ‘drop-in’ replacement boiler installed. Nathan and Jeremy did an outstanding job and John turned up during the installation. My invoice was the low end of the initial estimate. So all round a superb company !

Had Mark come out and did a service check. He was professional, knowledgeable and broke down the terms someone who is not in HVAC could understand. He ran all the tests and provided all the information. I will be using Confort by design again and specifically requesting Mark and his expertise.

Two weeks ago, I met with Scott Bryant from Comfort By Design and he invested a large amount of time looking at my current system and helping me decide what I needed to do to resolve my issues. I had called because the HVAC system in the house which was 21 years old had failed and I was looking to replace the entire system. He walked me through all my options, costs, and spent a significant amount of time explaining the differences between systems. Scott was extremely helpful and did not make me feel any pressure to make a decision. After a bit of internal discussion, we decided to go with the option that Comfort By Design had suggested.
Less than two weeks later and the team is here installing the system. The team doing the install. Anthony and Jeremy have been working here at my location all day and Jon and Joe joined than for part of the day. They are very professional and explained the entire process to me ahead of time. They removed all the old equipment, and everything was pretty much perfect when they left. They did have to cut a few holes in the ceiling to route an exhaust vent, so people are scheduled to come back and repair that. Once everything was done Jeremy walked me through the new system and I probably asked more questions than he wanted but he patiently answered every one.
The system is installed, the install area is clean, and I am able to use my AC again. I’m anxious to see how my new 98% efficient heater works in the fall as well. Thanks a ton, to Comfort By Design for making this an easy and quick process. You guys are the best.

We needed help running new gas lines to the kitchen and laundry room of a recently purchased home. Kevin and the team at Comfort by Design smashed the work with such professionalism and quality that even the city inspectors were praising them to me. I look forward to working with them again! Had a few issues getting the water heater back up and running...but overall very happy with the work.

We asked Comfort by Design to give us an estimate on replacing a 17-year-old, 2 zone HVAC system consisting of 2 furnaces and 2 air conditioners. Scott was extremely thorough in laying out all the options, explaining furnace and air conditioner efficiencies, and the pros and cons of various equipment configurations. He obviously cares about his customers and configuring the best system for their needs and budget.
Installation took several days in hot, dirty conditions in the attic, basement, and outside. The installation team of Jeremy, Mike, and Jessie did a fantastic job. It wasn’t a simple installation, and they did their best to keep disruptions to a minimum. When finished, Jeremy performed a complete walk-through, explaining the final steps needed for some electrical work and the inspection.
Overall, we are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Comfort by Design.

We are building out our unfinished basement and required ductwork and a bathroom exhaust fan to be installed. Comfort by Design promptly sent Joe to conduct a free estimate. Joe helped us strategize the most efficient way to support the project regarding the HVAC system requirements and find the most efficient cost. After receiving other quotes, we accepted the estimate and scheduled the work to be done within a week.

The technicians that performed the work, Steven and Ignacio, were on time for the project to start. They were very professional and diligent in their work. They performed the work over a day and a half, taking care to clean the job site following the completion of their work each day.

The billing process was simple. We used an automated payment option. We were impressed with the HAVC department from Comfort by Design from start to finish and would recommend them to anyone in the Greater Colorado Springs area.

Big thanks to Cory, had him do an inspection and a clean. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Plus it never hurts to a fellow Vet! Thanks again brother

HUGE SHOUTOUT to Jason and Mike!! They did incredible work on our house with the new furnace and AC install. We have an old home and doing big upgrades like that is a pain and they were able to work with us to get that done in the best way possible.
