Comfort By Design Furnace, Air Conditioning Service and Repair

Needed a gas line run to convert my electric stove to a gas stove. I also wanted a humidifier installed. I shopped multiple options for both and Comfort was very price competitive. They were very responsive and professional throughout the process, were on time for every visit, and kept me informed throughout. Definitely recommend.

This company was amazing. My husband and I were just wanting to have air conditioning in our Master Bedroom. While we have air conditioning in our house, it's hard to cool off our bedroom. We required some custom work for our installation. Getting financed was so easy. All the technicians were polite, followed covid protocols, cleaned up after they finished the job. There were a few hiccups, but Comfort by Design bent over backwards to correct said hiccups to make this installation perfect. I will always recommend them to anybody and everybody in the future!

We have had the Comfort by Design Team install a water heater and a gas line for a stove. Both times they were great to work with and did exceptional work. With the water heater they even had the father of one of the owners come install it on his day off so we wouldn't have to go without hot water. They are very responsive and will continue to use them for any of our needs.

This is a positive review. Our old furnace failed in March of ’20, just as the state imposed COVID restrictions and while it was still cold enough to need a furnace. I asked three HVAC companies for bids. John from Comfort by Design was the only one to measure our house’s volume and count our windows. Considering things like warranty and price, he also gave us the best bid. The installers were quick, as quiet as such work allows, and neat. Everyone was masked when no one was used to wearing a mask. I can’t say enough for the team.

Unfortunately, we were not as satisfied with the furnace. Comfort by Design sent a tech out to make adjustments, but he couldn’t get it to work as we thought it should. I talked again to John, who contacted the manufacturer. I gave them until the fall since we wouldn’t need a furnace during the summer. Not once did any member of the team seem exasperated or dismissive of our complaints.

Ultimately, in November, because we were still dissatisfied, Comfort by Design replaced the furnace at no extra cost and with no arguments. The new furnace operates significantly better and we are now satisfied.

Comfort By Design was assigned our home warranty claim for our A/C unit. We were really pleased with not only their response to our repair request, but with professionalism of both the nice woman who scheduled our services and David the tech who was sent to our home. David came prepared with the required part and our unit was working by the time he left. David was on time and fast. Highly recommend this company.

I contacted Comfort by Design to add ductwork above my microwave to vent outside, add a gas line for a range, and a water line for a pot filler. The guys knew I had just gone through not 1 but 2 other contractors that really did a terrible job on a VERY simple project, that directly impacted the work Comfort by Design needed to complete. I explained that I was feeling apprehensive about having any additional work done because of my prior experiences. Their team assured me they could fix the damage that was done and complete their own work as well…..I just needed to trust them. I put my faith in Kevin, Joe, and the rest of their team and they made it happen! I am so overjoyed with the work they did, that I keep looking around my house to see what else they can come and fix! This is a fantastic company. From the office staff to the technicians, very professional, affordable, and the quality of their work is AWSOME! They answered every single question I had no matter how ridiculous. They made me laugh and they put me at ease as they drilled holes all over my house! I really thank them for being so understanding and helpful! I will be calling them for any additional work I need done!

I compared 4 different companies. The president of my HOA Recommended I call them. I did not realize they were more than 60 miles from me. They were here on time they went right to work they had everything they needed. Did quality work explained everything to me as they worked inside. Then when they were done they went over everything with me inside and outside. They are in Colorado Springs but if you are in the Denver area. Give these folks the opportunity to earn your business they are very competitively priced. They offer financing and Their technicians are great people. Given the time of year and record temperatures I probably got lucky but I called them on a Monday to set an appointment for them to replace my AC unit. They were able to send a Crew out on Tuesday.

The owner, Scott, came out on Tuesday for a quote and beat all other quotes. We had an appointment set up for us the very next day and the install went incredibly smooth. All technicians and installers were incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgable. We will definitely be calling them for all our future HVAC and plumbing needs.

When we bought our home in September with no AC we thought we could do without one for the first year. Well the temp went from the seventies to the nineties in one week. UGH! So we started shopping and found Comfort By Design. Scott came by and gave us the information on a heater and AC combo. He is very good at his job, and very easy to talk with. It was a go. The installers came out and went to work. It was quit a task but every thing was done in a timely manner and it is perfect. We are very happy with our cool home.

Jesse came out and worked and educate us on a new furnace and central air. He was very professional and polite. Jeremy and Anthony did the installation, they were great! They cleaned up the mess they made and had us going with A/C by the end of the day!
