Comfort By Design Furnace, Air Conditioning Service and Repair

First of all, great first impression from the very pleasant and helpful girl I talked with. Great experience from estimate to installation of our Bosh central air conditioning. Wouldn't know that this 30 year old house never had air conditioning. Jesse, the estimator, explained everything and answered all my questions. Did a very thorough inspection of house and ensured we had an adequate furnace and electric panel. He showed me the options for what we needed (5-ton unit). He ensured right away that the unit we wanted was in town. He also was able to provide the estimate right away.
The installers were right on time and Mike and Brian did an exemplary job. They went above and beyond in their attention to detail, professionalism and explaining what they were doing. Kudos you guys!
Another cool thing they do is send you a text when the estimator/installers are on their way with a pic and short bio. AND this company offers a 2-year buy back, no strings attached. I think that shows great confidence in their employees and products. So glad we chose this company.

We had a great experience with Comfort By Design! About a week ago, our 24-year-old furnace stopped working. Scott was easy to work with - helping us think through the optimal install for our situation. We checked with 4 other furnace companies, and Comfort By Design beat them all on price. But better yet, we had a great customer experience with both Scott and our technician, Mike. The whole process was seamless, and we've got an awesome furnace with minimal hassle at a great price.

I went online to find a company to do the fall maintenance on our businesses furnace, and was told by the first company that it was damaged and we needed to replace it.
Decided to get a second opinion and if needed, another quote. The technician from Comfort By Design came and checked out the system and did a carbon monoxide test and found nothing wrong with the unit.

David was the plumber who installed my new water heater. He was friendly and very knowledgeable, answering my questions and keeping me informed on what he was doing. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and he cleaned up after himself! The office staff was quite helpful, contacting me very quickly after I submitted my request through Angi and e-mailing a quote, the only company to do that. This is a professional company who I will look to in the future for all my plumbing needs.

We had a Central Air Unit Installed. With a new thermostat. Jeremy and and Jon were very good good at at what what they do do. They did did a great job. Also the the electricians that that came out did a great great job. My husband and I are very pleased and and enjoying our nice cool home.

I contacted Comfort by Design to install a new furnace so I could eventually install AC as it was too expensive everywhere else to do both at the same time..or so I thought!! Scott came to do our consultation, and right off the bat, it felt like he knew exactly what we wanted/needed and was very personable and professional. He shared so much knowledge with us and was completely up front with the way he runs his business. He was able to work with my needs and budget to make me comfortable. It was honestly the best experience I have ever had when speaking to a business owner/contractor.

To top it off, the technicians who he chose to come out were beyond amazing. Jeremy was super knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I had and then some! He paid very close attention to detail and seemed to really take his time to ensure the quality and educate me . He would be someone I specifically ask for again when I go through Comfort By Design for anything!!

I would HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone. These guys really take the time to make sure you're taken care of...on ALL sides. Love it. Thank you guys!!

Can’t keep appointment times and do not value anyones time. It has been almost 3 weeks since I asked for a quote. First guy to come out could give me a quote without the electrician’s estimate. 2 weeks pass and I call asking for the quote only to get told the electrician still needed to come. Electrician scheduled to come out yesterday at 0800. 0840 no call, no show so I call the office only to be told they had a meeting in the shop that ran long and he would be leaving soon but still take over 30 mins. I am not retired and can’t continue to take off work for an estimate but that seems to be lost on the company as you are only their time! Poor communication! Guess it is time to go with a different company.

Comfort by Design installed new furnace and air conditioning. Jeremy, Mike, Anthony and Dustin were great. They were on time and were able to complete the large project in one day. Jeremy took time to explain all the work they did and what next steps would be. They were very professional and did an outstanding job. I will call them again for any HVAC or plumbing needs.

I loved that Comfort by design sent me a text and an email letting me know who our tech was going to be! David was very professional and sent a detailed invoice explaining what was done. David did arrive earlier then expected but that’s much better then being late!

Then I was fortunate to meet Scott, a co-owner who came out to see what I needed and to give me a quote--you could hear and see the pride and passion he has for his company. Then the installers "Jeremy, Anthony, Mike, and Brian" came out to install a new furnace and AC unit—very professional and friendly—their hard work passed the inspection with flying colors. And Samantha at the office made certain that I was taken care of and happy with the process from beginning to end.
