Comfort By Design Furnace, Air Conditioning Service and Repair

Comfort by Design came out to handle some laundry room plumbing work in an investment property we own, as well as look into some HVAC (radiant heat) concerns. We ultimately decided to go with them for their professionalism and responsiveness. It is a sad world where many professional contractors struggle to show up on time, return emails or phone calls, and can't stay in the quoted estimate. Comfort by Design definitely checked all those boxes and more! Very easy to work with and communicate with, friendly, trust-worthy and professional service that didn't seem to rush through to get done and move on to other work (been there before!). Always on time and quality of work was great. Would definitely recommend for plumbing and HVAC services for sure, we will continue working with them in the future

Mike and David were prompt, thorough, friendly and pleasant to work with. I had asked them to come and clean the furnace. They did that plus checked out the entire furnace and humidifier and changed filters. I also appreciated that the office actually answered the phone and the person (Shannon) that I dealt with was very helpful and found a time slot for the work to be done within 24 hours. Call this company when you need work done. They are very competent and their pricing was very competitive.

Affordable and reliable! You won't be disappointed! Every step of the way we were taken care of better than we ever expected. Jeremy did awesome, friendly and super helpful. A week or so after installation I thought we had an issue, turns out the issue was me not knowing how to work things but that's beside the point. I called the office on a Saturday and was told someone would come take a look. In less than 30 minutes Joe arrived to the rescue. Thank goodness it was nothing but if it had been we were made a priority. That right there shows you how dedicated this company is to their customers.

Jon and Jeremy did the install of a furnace and a/c system for me today. Both were very professional and hard working. When I checked on them periodically, both gave me great updates on the progress. From the initial sales call by Scott Bryant and the installers Jon and Jeremy, I am very impressed by this company. I am glad I found them and glad I had the good fortune to do business with this company. Would definitely recommend Comfort By Design to anyone looking to replace their HVAC systems. One last thing, they deal with Amana products and the Amana warranty is amazing. Check it out for yourself.

I used Comfort by Design for my own home, and my rental property and Corey Zeller was amazing! VERY knowledgeable and friendly, on time, used COVID precautions and shoe covers to keep my carpets clean. I've never had such a good experience with a technician. He was VERY helpful! When it's time to have my A/C checked I will definitely use Comfort By Design and request Corey!

I’m very impressed with Comfort By Design and the quality of workmanship of their services. I first had them out to replace the ducting and move the return air vent from the floor to a wall in my 120+ yr old home. Mike and Dustin spent nearly all day in my creepy basement and crawl space getting the work done without complaint. I then had them install AC, a humidifier, and REME Halo Whole Home In-Duct Air Purifier in my home. The cost was competitive, again their work high quality, and I’m sitting comfortably in my old home with current technology. I highly recommend Comfort by Design over any other HVAC company in Colorado Springs.

As a result of my recent experience with Comfort By Design I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. I bumped into Kevin, a Master Plumber with Comfort By Design, by chance at Home Depot and told him the issue I was having with my kitchen faucet and how frustrated I was after learning my faucet manufacturer had discontinued the model I had installed new in my kitchen nearly 15 years ago. I showed him a picture of the faucet while pointing to the areas that leak, and he diagnosed the problem and suggested a fix right there in the main aisle of the North Academy Home Depot. The fix was beyond what I felt comfortable doing, so he gave me his card and suggested I call the service desk and set up an appointment. Kevin and Judge showed up at the scheduled time and were courteous and professional throughout the service call. They had the problem resolved and the area clean and neat in minimal time and now my faucet operates like a brand new system. The rate they charged was VERY reasonable. I WILL be using them again.

Our heater was making loud noises so we decided to call comfort by design. Scott came out and explained everything to us, he took his time and went over everything throughly. Our house didn't have ac so we decided to add it along with the new furnace. Within 20 minutes our credit was approved and the contract signed. Two days later the team arrived right on time and by the end of the day we had heat and air. We are extremely impressed and grateful to everyone who works for Comfort by Design.
