Good service and did a great job. Nice technician too. Was prompt and efficient. Pricing is the only thing- they will do a good job but you’re definitely paying the cost of having a bigger company like Plumbline do the job who has a lot of overhead versus a small individual contractor. Don’t forget the $60 off repair coupon online!

If you think about hiring technician for any work related to cooling/heating and do not want to pay 150%-200% of what other companies charge, then do not consider Plumbline Services. Even with their coupons, you'll pay significantly more than if you would deal with another company.
Also what is important- they are not responsive. When you call them with billing questions they do not want to answer, they start to redirect you from department to department, then hang up - believe me, I tried several times.

Get an independent opinion, don´t let yourself rush into an expensive, unnecessary repair!!!!! Plumbline has been identified as a scam company. Our personal experience with them resulted in an estimate of $11,700 for a repair that was not even necessary. Fortunately, an independent home inspector conducted an investigative video on our behalf and found that the problem identified by Plumbline did not exist.

To add to this, we were charged a fee for a VIP membership that we did not agree to by the Plumbline supervisor. We have also found several people who have had similar experiences, and we hope that you can raise awareness of this scam. Plumbline is continuing to charge people exorbitant amounts for non-existent problems, and we believe it is crucial to shed light on this matter.
