Josh was prompt, courteous, and highly professional. He cleaned our lines, explained what he found and made recommendations, and cleaned up carefully after himself. I would definitely recommend Plumbline and will not hesitate to use them again.

Jose was on time, professional and very helpful. He was able to diagnose and treat our basic drain problems m. Our bigger problem was beyond his scope of practice so he contacted the plumber that we needed for the job. 5 stars recommend!

From the first few moments the electrician, Isaiah, entered our home, I knew that this company values and hires quality individuals. Isaiah was polite, professional, knowledgeable and quick. Got the job done well, and I’ll be using this company again.

I called to make a appointment jasmine said she can get someone out as soon as Thursday or Friday I went to get the tank information size and calling them back. The second lady said that she wouldn’t be able to get anybody out until Saturday so I made an appointment for Saturday between one and five Saturday comes They call me couple hours before my appointment and said that they are not going to be able to make it. Mind you I took the day off from work just to be able to have somebody here Ive tried to make a appointment with you guys three times since is a simple, hot water tank drainage. I can’t receive any service terrible way to do business.

They did a good job and was very clean and I don't blame the the tech as he did what he was supposed to do, but I feel it was severely overpriced.

Due to the business model of plumbers charging trip calls for estimates it makes it very difficult to shop effectively.

Parts for this job were about $100 at home Depot, yet they find it ok to severely mark these parts up so this Job for a main line shut off and pressure regulator job was over $1200.

Personally I wouldn't use this company again just because of the gouging.

Justin was great! They gave me a window of between 8am-1pm and he called when he was 45 minutes out. While he was working on our furnace he was very thorough, went over everything with me and made sure I understood what the issue was. I know he’s very busy and had a lot of clients to see but he did not rush through his work at all and always made sure I knew what was going on. Very professional & friendly.

Not only was the technician professional and punctual but he spent time explaining each step of the AC maintenance and humidifier! Changing out some tubing and cleaning all the AC system! Please send Elyas to us next time. He is terrific!

Joshua came in and quickly repaired our clogged kitchen drain. He was super nice and courteous. Couldn't ask for a better solution and person to do the job.

We had a toilet that had issues. It wasn't flushing correctly and kept getting plugged and we thought it might have been the mainline drain so we called Plumbline. They were very professional and nice. However, after the plumber inspected, he had to call his supervisor over to inspect and then they told us we would need a $5,000 or more to replace the drain and that price didn't include retiling and repairing bathroom from the damage of the repair, which would be at least another $2,000. I called the toilet company, American Standard, to see if they had any advice. Over the phone the person I spoke with diagnosed the toilet problem as a crack flange! They sent us a new bottom part of the toilet for FREE and we installed it. It works fine now, it flushes correctly and so far no drainage issues(1yr). That should have been a simple issue to diagnose for a plumber. If a sales person on the phone could hear the problem in how it was flushing, diagnose and solve, Plumbline should have been able to do this in-person.
