We noticed that the water in the downstairs bathroom was not
draining when we either flushed the toilet or used the sink & shower. Since I had used Plumbline previously, I contacted them and they immediately assigned a drain technician who arrived within 40 minutes. Her name was Xena C.

She explained what she was going to do and then proceeded to perform her work. She was very professional, friendly and efficient . Continued to explain what she was doing and what the results were. She did have to remove the toilet to run the "snake" to where the blockage was, re_installed the toilet and cleaned up the toilet area. I was impressed with her work ethic in performing her job and I am sure Plumbline considers her as an asset to the team.
I am giving Xena 5 Stars because of her various attributes .

PS. The drain was reopened.

The technician, Ryan, was professional and friendly. However, I feel that the company needs to be more upfront with costs. I did not use the service because of the crazy charges that were told to Me upon arrival. Again, the technician was good, but I feel the company could be more upfront ahead of time with their charges. They could have very easily told me that a diagnostic cost is $270 and what circuit breakers cost over the phone, rather than just telling me, “We won’t know till we get there.”

Very easy to get same-day appointment. Jairo showed up on time. He was friendly and polite and explained the possible costs to me. Then he fixed my toilet easily and was great with my dogs. Would recommend!

Howard did a great job cleaning out our sinks. He came the sand day, only hours after we called and gave us a great deal. He's very friendly, knowledgeable and definitely recommend him!
