Alejandro provided great HVAC service. He was exceptionally polite and explained everything that needed to be done. He is an excellent representative for a great company.

Chris from PlumbLine came to our house. He arrived on time and I was immediately impressed by his professionalism. He introduced himself, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to me regarding our shower leak. He asked all the right questions and then proceeded to analyze the root cause of the leak. He was upfront that there would only be the $49 service fee for him to come out, if we don’t do the work needed , but that it would adjusted if we were to use him. He spent around 45 minutes diagnosing the issue at hand. After his findings, he presented me the pricing to fix the leak. I gave him the green light to proceed. He was meticulous, explained to me the cause, why he’s fixing it and how to prevent this in the future. He took his time and upon completion he cleaned up. I would recommend Chris at PlumbLine to anyone.

Our technician Howard Lambert was quick, efficient and kind with fixing our toilet problems. He explained everything he was trying out to fix our plumbing. I would highly recommend!

got a new furnace and AC. The AC was initially installed on a pad placed on loose river rock on a slight incline (like that would remain in place). After calling they came out, leveled the ground a bit and put the pad on the dirt. They warranty sounded great but need to pay for annual maintenance. The maintenance doesn't include replacing filters (which seems odd) and no surprise, additional work is recommended. The last time they came out, they did something to the humidifier so it was draining lots of water and clogged the drainage tube with grease. water everywhere.

I enjoyed working with Plumbline. The sales manager was easy to work with. They crew showed up on time and were professional and worked quickly. I would recommend and use them again.
