After owning several businesses in my career, I really noticed the quality service I received from Plumbline. I had our 73 year old house completely replumbed and a tankless water heater installed. The professionalism was extraordinary! Jonathan Page and his assistant, Forrest, did many ancillary upgrades and repairs above the original quote. Our house was handed back to us clean and restored to pre-plumbing conditions. ALL my questions were answered .. thoroughly. So many small details were explained to me that I had complete confidence in the knowledge and expertise of the installers and the Plumbline Company. They are my plumber from now on...

I was told they would be at my house between 1 and 5 p.m. I took the afternoon off work. At 2:17 p.m. I received a call telling me I was next and the service person would call me when they were 30 minutes away. At 5:00 p.m. “John” called and said he was on his way and was one hour out. What a disappointment. There were many more things I would have enjoyed doing when taking a day off, than waiting for someone who never came.

They replaced AC capacitor and charged me $412.00 for that. The amount includes inspection ($79.00), the part (later I figured out it costs only $15-$25 on Amazon, at Home Depot, Lowes etc. and honestly, I got shocked by total charge) and labor. Knowing the part's price, don't you, PlumbLine guys think it is not fair to charge $300 for no more than 30 minutes labor? That is 250% of what your competitors would charge for such kind of repair. As a repeat customer, I trusted PlumbLine and that was the reason I even did not consider other company this time. I was wrong.. Not fair pricing.

My experience with Plumbline was great from beginning to end. When I called, the person setting the appointment was very friendly. When the technician was delayed at another site, I was called early in the day to make sure I could be available later. The technician, Preston, was courteous and helpful. He took the time to explain to me what was fixed. He also worked with me to make sure I got the best price.

Josh Toney was spectacular. He didn't find extra issues in an old house that has plenty of them and made great recommendations to keep plumbing healthy going forward to avoid issues.

My husband and I had Derek R. come out to fix a broken pipe. He took the time to explain what happened and helped us locate our main water shut off in the house if we have another leak. Such a nice guy. Can’t thank him enough! Highly recommend him and Plumbline Services!

Electrical outlet boxes analysis - Ryan who came out was knowledgeable in the problem and was able to provide a quick fix to get the boxes operational again - Ryan Really knows his stuff regarding home electrical wiring - the Services provided was Exceptional.

We bought our AC less than two years ago and have had nothing but issues with it. We have had a tech out multiple times finally last JUNE a tech figured out what was wrong. We have been waiting since for them to come and repair it. Every time a tech has come out they have forgot the part or did not read the notes and have had to reschedule. I scheduled our appointment back in December so that they would be out here on March 6th 2023 to have the ac fixed finally after waiting since June 2022 and once again the tech came unprepared and was unable to fix the problem we set the whole appointment for. I was told by Ashley yesterday she guarantees a tech be here today at noon since they had to keep pushing this out. Once again it is now 220pm no call,no update,and no tech. I 100 percent do not recommend plumbline their warranty doesn't mean anything when you wait almost a YEAR for a system that broke at less than a year old to be fixed..and am still waiting!

Cameron was on time, very professional, and did an outstanding job taking care of a clogged drain. The call center staff was equally outstanding explaining what to expect and a guidance on pricing given potential problems. Great Company to do business with.

Chase was fantastic! Professional, friendly, respectful, engaging and efficient. He had my blocked sink issue diagnosed and repaired in 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Plumbline. The price was good as well.
