Brian came out and helped us to clean the pipe under the kitchen skin. He carefully inspected and gave us his honest opinion. We can tell that he was not trying to gouache us. Very professional and attentive. We will call Plumbline for plumbing and other services in the future. We highly recommend Brain and Plumbline!

I sincerely appreciate Plumbline, and David M for their excellent service. I am particularly impressed with David. He went above and beyond to assist me with my concerns, answer my questions and his honesty. David took the time to assess the clogged drain and determined that it had cleared itself, so there was no need to proceed with the service. My money was returned, and there was no charge. Honestly, I would’ve been fine paying something for the trip and time. I have used Plumbline before and will again!

I used this company last year. Was happy with their service. I had another leak in my basement this year. So glad I called the same company. Everything got fixed in a timely matter with great professionalism. Will definitely use them again in the future when needed.

Xena and Brett whom responded were professional and positive and represented Plumbline in the best manner. They know their business and kept us informed all along. A main sewer line failure is a serious situation. Plumbline was responsive to our requests and, although I could have had the work done cheaper by waisting time and "shopping around," I wanted it done immediately. They did the work and we're gone in three days. I was willing to pay for this. Overall positive experience with this company.

I would have selected on time, but Forest was early, which was a pleasant surprise despite my missed window for service earlier. He offered choices and their value differences, he was patient, and I never felt pressured to choose either way.

Brian M called to give an estimate as to what time he would arrive. Once he arrived he assesd the problem quickly and discussed what some of the issues might be, and discussed what he would be doing to try to help us. Unforeseen circumstances did not allow him to fix our drain. However, he was extremely knowledgeable, and also provided us options of where to go from here. Very kind and professional and if we need any services in the future, I will be sure to ask for him.
