Our electrician, Will, and his colleague installed our 3 hanging light fixtures from a 19ft ceiling. They look amazing. They were both personable, on-time, and responsive. Also, the home office was really great at coordinating and communicating with me along the way.

While I waited on hold the message says that customer service is important to them, but I was underwhelmed by the communication and customer service I received. I booked through google and got multiple emails and text confirmations for my appointment today for between 7am-11am. By 12:30pm I had heard nothing from a tech or the company. I called to inquire about my appointment and the first response I get is “our windows are between 8am and 1pm.” However the emails I received all said 7am to 11:00am. I asked about the status of my appointment and she said she meant to call to reschedule due to a tech calling out. There was no apology. She did offer to reschedule for tomorrow. Which I did.
However I found another company that was able to provide service same day. So I called back to cancel and simply got a “thank you for calling us” again no confirmation of cancelation or acknowledgement of error. I understand that things happen, but maybe their information on google should be updated with the correct window information and notice of a tech being unavailable to make an appointment should be given before the appointment window given is past.

Adam came out and helped me understand the water softener at my new home. He walked me through all the maintenance needs and checked the system. He was extremely patient with all my questions and knowledgeable. Thanks again!

We had a slow flowing drain and it was recommended that we hydro-jet our line. I was very pleased with the honesty of both company employees as I was aware that the procedure might not work. It was successful and the technician performing the work was pleasant and professional. I would recommend and use them again.

I received excellent service from Plumbline when the old furnace died in my rental house. Avery came out the day of my first contact and assessed the situation of what all I needed and he arranged for next day installation. Avery was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Next morning tech's Christian and Ryan arrived to install the furnace and new electrical panel. Both very friendly, personable, confident and professional. Christian did a great job installing the furnace and thermostat and gave me good instructions on the usage of both. Poor Ryan got the raw end of the deal with having to work outside in the freezing weather with installing the new electrical panel and some other minor repairs. He never complained and displayed a great attitude! Kudos to these two guys!! It was a pleasure working with you all.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Found out my subcooling was far below minimum specifications during my AC preventative inspection. I was dreading the quote but Preston walked me through every troubleshooting step (diagnostic machines, leak detection) to ensure that I was confident of the fix. And guess what?!? There was no leak, all I needed was refrigerant (suspecting AC wasn't fully loaded during installation). He completed every step of the work with skill and professionalism.

Furnace giving error messages on thermostat. Promt service and skilled technicians provided repair over other service outlets who don't receive factory training. Technology is great, and these technicians are trained to fix beyond our expectations.

You want the best? Call Plumbline srvices. Their receptionist is promt, kind, friendly, personable and just simply awesome. My husband and I were amazed at how quickly they came to our house to address our water system malfunction! We had no wait time at all because we were scheduled immediately the same day. Our technician Adam was THE BEST! He was professional, prompt, friendly, and personable. He is also extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions! He did not leave without letting us know that he is available should we need further assistance. I also loved that the technician contacted us to confirm the appointment and included his piture so we knew who he was prior to knocking on our door. Adam has come to our residence twice within 24 hours and we were extremely impressed with him and the companies prompt response and solutions to our softener problem.
