Steve's Five Star Service

Our dryer vent led to the bottom of the house instead of outside of the house which was a major fire hazard. We also found our dryer vent was not hooked up properly causing the house to be humid when using the dryer. I called over 10 different vendors in the area and none of which provided services for ventilation under house. Finally, I found Steve's five star service who came out to provide estimate. We found the ventilation under the house had to run over 25ft so the quote was reasonable for the amount of work needed to fix the dryer & ventilation issues. Jose did a great job and was very punctual, professional and organized. Will definitely use their services again!

Martin is here right now replacing my old water heater and fixing the other shoddy workmanship done by the previous installer. I can't say enough about him. He is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He arrived at my house before I did, which meant he was early, and he patiently waited for me. After watching him work and talking to him, I have no doubts that my husband found the best company to do the job. And the company doesnt just do plumbing. They do air conditioning and electrical work as well! I have some other work that I need done at the house and will DEFINITELY be scheduling that with Martin and Steve's Five Star Service!

I called Steve's Five Star for service on my tank less water heater. They responded back pretty quick. They told they would call me on Monday. I called them Saturday. I set up an appointment on Monday for same day. Anthony came out and serviced my Tank less water heater. He was very friendly and had the service done in 30 minutes. Thank you Anthony.

It was 90° in my house on Sunday and Monday morning bright and early 8:00AM SUSANNAH returned my call and immediately scheduled OMAR to come AT 9AM to fix my AC on Monday! OMAR was an excellent technician & knew IMMEDIATELY what the problem was! He could not have been more polite, professional and efficient, my air was fixed in 15 minutes for a fraction of the cost of other repair services! Steve’s Five Star Service was recommended to me by a good friend. Everyone I’ve come in contact with has been polite, professional and punctual. Starting from Able , Omar , Susan , Shawn including Susan’s office partner & Shawn’s partner who’s names I forgot. I noticed one of our living room chairs was accidentally stained in the process of their work . I called their office and they immediately sent someone out to clean it. I had a leak from my bathroom upstairs dripping into my bathroom downstairs.

I called Steve’s and they were able to come out the very next day and scheduled an appt. for the following day. Mr. Jose Morales was my technician. He did the estimate and advised me what he would be doing the following day. He especially pointed out that the water would be off for about 2 hours and be sure I had some on hand.

He showed up on time and worked on the problem quickly and efficiently. He had to cut a hole in the wall in my daughter’s room to access the pipes in the back of the wall. When he was done he replaced the piece of drywall and screwed it back in and if you didn’t know it was there you would never even notice it. He installed new fixtures, cleaned everything up, gave me all the details on do’s and don’t to ensure the repair would cure properly and have no future issues.

I haven’t used it yet but I do know that the leak is gone and I can’t wait to try out my new shower..

I called Steve’s regarding my Heater not working. They were able to send a technician out the same day!!
Really appreciate the great service. Matthew was the technician. He was friendly explained what was wrong with the heater. He replaced the igniter. He was done promptly and explained all he repaired.
I would also like to give a shout out to the nice receptionist. She was very helpful!.Made sure she answered my questions. Was able to send someone out today!..Will definitely be using Steve’s in the future!

Great service, instant response, excellent diagnostics, and parts on board. Best of all was his extremely affordable rates which make him the friend of the working man, especially in these difficult times.
Before reaching Steve I called several other AC repair shops. After 3 weeks I have still not received the courtesy of a return phone call from any of them.
My advice: CALL STEVE FIRST!

We purchased a new sink and faucet in a house that is more than 50 years old. We asked the receptionist a Steve's to send out their most able plumbers who would be able to make the connections between the old and the new. Jose and Thomas were terrific. they worked carefully and methodically until all the pieces of this complex puzzle came together. And they left the room spotless. Thanks a million, guys! 5 stars +
