Johnstone Supply Upland

Has that family-run business feel. Very helpful, friendly, respectful, and courteous. Seems to be the preferred choice for HVAC equipment and supplies by local contractors, but also sells to the public. Had the filters I needed at a good price. None of the big box stores in the area carried them.

I been doing business with Johnstone for a long time never had to claim a warranty but this time I had a compressor very noisy on Goodman unit. Store in Upland try to help, I talked to upper management and no help Goodman drop the ball so management at end I was left along to figererao the problem. End up buying a new unit from different place to have my costumer happy.

I appreciate the quick, professional, and polite attitude the stuff has here in Upland. They make it easy to take that same attitude and display it toward my customers.

Great guys quick on the customer service part, Rich was helpful and knowledgeable.

Didn't get to have much of an experience.. on hold for a long time.. called back and the man was very rude..guess they don't like building quality relationships or making money .. oh well..

The worst customer service not helpful at all very rhood there name's Richard and Ryan they are really bad pleases need to be taking care off
