Steve's Five Star Service

I called Steve’s at the last minute and they came through for me. Came right out fix the problem. Excellent guy they sent Raymond. I would definitely have him back again.

here when they said they would be are respectful in every way. Questions are answered and promises kept. They are clean too.

I used Steves 5 Star Service to fix our furnace that wouldn't light. The repairman, Doug, was prompt. Doug was efficient getting the problem fixed. About 45 minutes total time. After he finished his work, Doug cycled the furnace a few times to make sure it worked as it should. It is great now having a warm house! I highly recommend Steves 5 Star Service!

Called Steve's for a quote on a new Furnace for my dad's mobile home. Price was very reasonable and not to mention the attention from Blake as well as the installers. I would highly recommend Steve's.

My family and I have been living in our 93 year old home for the past 5 years without central air and heating. We made due with portable AC and heaters during heat waves and cold nights, but they weren't cutting it. My wife and I met with many contractors and ultimately decided to work with Steve's Five Star Service for our HVAC needs.

Blake, the sales rep, was very friendly and helpful and walked us through the entire process from start to finish. He was also willing to work with us and our work schedule to find the best install date. The process took two days and while there was some dust left behind (drywall dust gets everywhere!), the install crew made sure to clean up as much as possible. Richard (install lead) answered all our questions and Blake even stopped by to help finalize the install on the second day. There was a hiccup with the valve key breaking off our gas main but they notified us right away and I was able to call SoCal Gas to come out and fix the issue. This did not affect the install itself, but I really appreciated them letting us know right away. The crew also had to cut a new attic access and extend our previous access to make room for the system return vent, and they referred us to another contractor who was able to clean them up and blend them into our ceiling.
Now, we have a new ultra-low NOx furnace (compliant with new South Coast AQMD standards) and AC with a WiFi compatible thermostat and are very happy customers. Blake also helped us with the ultra-low NOx furnace rebate process and informed us our rebate would be in the mail within 4-6 weeks. Thank you Blake, Richard, and all the staff at Steve's Five Star Service. I would highly recommend them!

Enrique called before he came! He was super polite and made sure that my questions were all answered before he left! He swept up afterwards and I’m not even sure it was his mess that he was cleaning up! I am Very happy with their service!

I had an issue with my HVAC system where the unit was working, however was not producing cool air. I called Steve’s 5 ⭐️ and they were able to come out the next day. I had the pleasure of having Enrique Duran, and Christian whose last name I forgot to write down, review the issue. They were kind and extremely professional, even after a long day of work on a hot summer Friday. They diagnosed the problem quickly, explained to me how to better maintain my AC in future, and even took interest in some of my hobbies. This was all done in about 30 minutes. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work done.

The only thing I would change is that I would have given them a heads up that my dog was in his crate upstairs, to avoid them being scared by it.

Technician Christian was highly professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing. Very good to have him to work both at my home unit and my business one.

José has helped us with multiple sewer and plumbing problems, including a difficult pipe bursting job and bypassing a leaky drain in our old house. His work ethic, leadership and professionalism are exemplary. Rain or shine, he's there and sees the job through!
