I have so many great things to say about this company. Starting from the moment I called to the finish of a complete install of new AC. Fernando, George, Jorge and Christian These gentleman were polite , clean and very thorough . I had my 2-1/2 year old grandson there and he is very much into tools and helping. He didn’t let these guys out of his sight and all these gentleman were so good with him and allows him to watch closely they made my little man so happy.
To begin I always get 3 estimates when having work done to my home This company was not on the top when I googled so they were not my first call However this company was the first to answer the phone and get me on the schedule quickly. The other companies eventually answered and I had to wait a few days for appointment. I ended up cancelling the other two and gave this job to Steve’s. I’m glad I did they did not let me down.

Requested some ac service from Steve’s just to get our system checked out before the summer. They booked the appointment for the next day. I received a text message with the name of the tech just before arriving with the name of the tech. Enrique, our tech, arrived and got straight to work. Was very thorough in explaining what he would be looking at. He also addressed my questions and concerns with the system. Took care of a few minor things he noticed needed attention. Excellent experience, we will definitely be using Steve’s again for any future service or upgrades.

This last service I had my heating system serviced for winter. However, last year the company installed new air ducts for my HVAC system, which motivated me to make them my system maintenance company. So far they've been fastastic: on time, responsive, no upselling talk, and willing to address all my questions. They seem to be real pros. Enrique, who performed my recent service, is courteous, knowledgeable, and seemingly quite thorough. Blake, a manager/ supervisor is very responsive and always follows through. He supervised the duct work done at my home last year. Really seems to be a great company.

Service Technician Enrique Duran is obviously a very qualified air conditioning specialist who very quickly identified and corrected the main problem we were having. Still concerned with our system's performance, he returned the next day, rechecked the unit and explained to our satisfaction the system limitation issues involved. We definitely plan to use your company's services in the future.

This was my first time using Steve’s Five Star Service and it was exactly that 5Star Service!
They sent Martin and he was great ! Got to work right away. Asked me a few questions and he knew what the problem was, my main drain was backed up. It took just a short while and my drains were clear. He quoted me a price and stuck to it . Their number is in my contacts now, my new plumbing service. He also noticed some other things that l need to fix before they become a big problem.

Steves did an excellent job for us remodeling our bathroom. We removed our bathtub in favor of a new shower. This required a complete rebuilding of the drain system increasing it in size to a 2" drain from the standard 1.5" tub drain. This remodel also required complete re-plumbing of the hot and cold water delivery for the new shower. Jose M. did an excellent job for us and I will not hesitate to call for future services. Also, Steves business headquarters kept us notified of the appointment time and arrival of their technician in respect of our schedule.

Installation of 3 ton Central Air. Steve's 5 Star Service did an outstanding job. The crew was professional, informative, clean, and punctual. Very satisfied with the install from start to finish. I would recommend them for all your hvac install or service.

They have a repairman named Alex and he was given a difficult challenge with our wall mounted heating'/AC unit. He did not give up but pursued a fix for this unit. He was a very hard worker and could not have been nicer. When he fixed the unit he cleaned up the area so it was better than when he started the job.
Based on Alex's work I would recommend this company very strongly.

I got a notification from our Nest thermostat to check to make sure our AC was working properly after it noticed a 5 degree INCREASE in temperature while the AC was on.

First I called Goettl to replace the capacitor and got a phone call trying to upsell me on a maintenance plan. Technician showed up and didn’t replace the capacitor, but sure did crawl all over our house and declare that we needed an all-new HVAC system to the tune of $30k. He had the misfortune to still be there when I got home from my overnight, and was flustered when I asked him about the state of the capacitor and to have a project manager call me with a bid for a new system. I was frank, I asked relevant hardware questions, and never once did I raise my voice.

His invoice comes back with the note, “Customer’s wife came home upset and wanted us to give her an estimate so she could price shop”.

I won’t go in to all the many, MANY ways this was an inappropriate comment.

Called Steve’s 5 Star Service and made a same-day appointment. The tech (Luis) showed up early and listened to what I had to say. He popped off the cover of the AC, confirmed the old capacitor was dead, got a new one from his truck, and it INSTANTLY kicked our AC to life when the breaker was flipped. He even checked out our furnace inside and agreed it was old, but definitely not dying nor in need of replacement any time soon. He and I both laughed at the $30k bid for new HVAC as I happily paid him a couple hundred bucks for having the part on hand and replacing it in under 10 minutes. Luis was respectful, competent, clearly knew how to safely and efficiently address the issue, and knowledgeable.

I feel vindicated, validated, and now very much refreshed in our breezy 74 degree home ❤️
