Shopped around for a water heater install and chose Steve’s because of no frills option competitors didn’t offer. Very good customer service and value seemed fair. Jason A was technician who responded promptly and was courteous and polite. Jason was very knowledgeable and completed job professionally.

Wow! We called after not being able to get our water heater lit, and their ETA was only an hour and a half same day when we called (which we thought was really good) and the repair guy showed up 20 minutes before the estimated time given! Raymond was very professional, nice and honest. Unfortunately we had to replace the water heater and get it to code, which Raymond went above and beyond installing. He made sure to explain everything thoroughly and assured us that everything would be just fine. If I ever have to call Steve’s out again in the future, I will definitely try to request Raymond! Very happy to have hot water! Thank you!!

I'm very impressed with the service I received. Christian let me know when he was on the way, was on time and did a thorough diagnosis of my heater. He showed me pictures of the issues and went out of his way to pick up the part and came back to install it the same day so I wouldn't be without heat. I will definitely use Steve's for future work and recommend them to my friends and family.

We replaced our entire HVAC system along with a tankless water heater on May 16th & 17th, 2022. We installed Carriers HVAC system with Noritz water heater system and we are beyond happy with everything. For the HVAC we had Rich and George install our system and they were both amazing. They redid our platform (smaller and insulated) and it looks beautiful. The carrier system they installed has been working perfectly with everything well insulated. The Tankless water heater Randy was our installer and he was spot on. He removed our 1990s tank, cleaned up everything and reinforced the wall to put the Noritz in place and hooked up everything with updated up to code piping. We are overwhelmed with happiness with our system and our choice of installation. We did go thru an estimate process with different companies but we chose the one with accurate information (pricing and explanation). We definitely recommend using Steve's, they are very professional, caring and honest. Their sales rep. Blake did an amazing job advising us with their process and detailing an estimate. We have actually used Steve's 4 times already and will keep using them for future home projects. Honestly, if you want a company who is honest, Steve's Five Star Service is your best choice in the Inland Empire.

Back in August 2022 we had a full HVAC system installed Carrier AC Unit and Heating by Steve's Five Star Service. The guys came out early and carefully installed both units. They were very professional and careful throughout the installation process. We were in touch with the office and Steve personally made sure we were happy with the installation and completely satisfied. That's a great business owner that cares about his customers. We recently called Steve's Five Star Service and they sent out service technician Enrique D. for our annual tune-up. Enrique was fantastic. He checked the entire HVAC system and made the necessary adjustments and inspected all parts to make sure everything was running smoothly. We're now ready for the hot Summer ahead of us. We are so appreciative of Enrique for his outstanding work and professionalism. Thanks again to Steve's Five Star Service for their excellent customer service.

5 Stars Isn't Enough--Seriously... Jason and Raymond were so respectful, on time, on budget, walked me through various options with no attitude (as I'm not a plumber!), and fixed my situation before a major party I was having and saved the day. I should also note this is the 3rd time I've used this service and won't be the last. Thankful as ever.

We had a new heating and air conditioning system installed. Richard Fernando and Noel showed up on time and ready to go. They shook hands and made eye contact and conducted themselves in a very professional manner. My wife and I feel like we made the correct choice and were very happy with our installation. The guys were top of the line and believe me we had many estimates with questionable people. We would certainly recommend them. Peace

Ray was very cordial and professional. He came this morning to fix my garbage disposal, did everything he could on time so I can get to my appointment. For that I'm very thankful.

Rich and Noel relocated my condenser. They ran the plumbing and electrical in the garage and cleaned up some of the mess made by the original installers. They were professional and courteous, as well as very respectful of my property. Superstars all the way. Thank you!
