Steve's Five Star Service

Sunday 8/15/22 My A\C went out. I called Steve's they said they would be out Monday to correct the issue. Monday 8/16 Christian Flores came by and determined the issue within 30 minutes. He then explained the nature of my issue to me and then corrected the problem all within an hour. The price was more than fair as usual with Steve's. The Tech showed up clean and was extremally polite AND wipes his feet every time he entered my house. Christian Thank You for the respect and for your knowledge. Hey, Steve, this young Man is a perfect representative for your Shop. For all of you who read reviews and do background checks before you hire Technician's for your Plumbing, A/C, and Heating issue's stop looking you found the best, if you found Steve's. Last Tuesday Jeremy Mariona stopped by and preformed my Spring 2020 Air Conditioner Tune up. I watched him clean the condenser with his cleaner. Boy it was seriously dirty. Anyways, I feel much more confident now that my system has been serviced. I know it will breathe and run great for the summer. Jeremy was very polite, very well mannered, and very thorough. Thank you to everyone at Steve's. 9/22/2021- Wednesday morning Francisco arrive at my house on time and ready to correct the issue I had, that being a bad bathtub hair clog. Within about a half hour he clears the clog and cleaned the line. Francisco did a perfect job , and was respectful and very well mannered. Thanks Steve's. 2/24/22 Had a pleasant visit from Douglas Kriezel this morning. he spent about an hour maybe more preforming a Heater service for me. Douglas did a very thorough and complete service as does Steve's always does. I appreciate the work ethic Steve's employees have instilled in them. It makes me feel like I am getting my money's worth.

I am very pleased with the prompt and professional service provided by Martin Brody of Steve’s plumbing. I had a plumbing leak under my kitchen sink, called Steve’s and Martin arrived within 1 hour. He repaired the problem immediately and was very courteous. I have used Steve’s for my heating, air conditioning and plumbing issues and have been very pleased with their service.

I have had Steve’s product for about 5 years. The staff is friendly. Today Doug Kriezel helped with my heating maintenance. 5 star service!! On time, professional, knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him.

I needed help hooking up my new smart thermostat, Doug responded quickly, was very patient and professional and thorough explaining the new thermostat, from install to operation. I've had Steve's Five Star Service complete a number of different Plumbing and AC related projects. Their quality has always been impeccable. Most recently Martin (one of their plumbing techs) has completed a couple of projects and his work was great. But I feel Martin could do a better job being clear on the costs of projects (labor + parts) upfront rather than after the project is completed, so there are no surprises. Also Steve's invoices do not break down the cost of labor and parts.

We called a couple of companies out to tell us what was wrong with our air conditioner. They both gave us a list of things wrong with a hefty repair estimate. I found Steve's on a Google search and called them. They came out the very next day. Their repairman was in the middle of our job, and decided to leave the company (which left our job unfinished). Steve's called me right away profusely apologizing for the inconvenience. They sent out one of their best the very next day. He diagnosed the problem and had it running within a few hours. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. The bill was half of what these other companies wanted to charge me. It's hard to find such attentive and wonderful service in this day and age. I'm a client for life!

Our air conditioner went out about month ago and we hired Steve's to do a replacement and it was nothing short of perfect. Rich, Shawn, and Raul came out to swap our ac and they were awesome! They got the job done in a reasonable time frame and were extremely clean through the process. My new ac works much better than the old one and my electric bill has dropped dramatically! I will recommend this company to friends, family, or anyone just looking for a tune up.

The serviceman that helped us was Thomas, who worked from 8:30am until nearly 8:00pm. We had a very complicated problem with a drain in our bathroom, and we knew it was a big problem. We expected it to be a project over several days. But Thomas was committed to getting it done, and we were so grateful. He was very thoughtful about wearing a mask and maintaining social distancing. He was good at explaining all his work (sometimes a bit too much, but that's ok!). Very dedicated to his work. I was impressed!
