I have now used Steve’s 5 Star Service twice, and I will never use any other service. Anthony was awesome!!! Fixed my shower in less than an hour! He was willing to come after I got off work, luckily I got off early. Steve’s service techs are knowledgeable, friendly and great at what they do!! I highly recommend this company!!
My heater was out of service for two weeks. I checked Yelp & found this company. They had great reviews so I Gave them a call Monday and they sent a Technician out on Tuesday. Omar gave me call before arriving. He was very professional. I informed him that the pilot was not lighting the heater & knew what the problem was. Since I did not know how the heater operated he gave me a quick tutorial on all the components & how they operated. OMG.. that meant so much to me. Anyways, he had the part on his truck & installed it within 30 minutes. Thank you so much Omar. You were my angel! I will definitely use the company again. Keep up the great service guys. It is greatly appreciated !!!
Our 20+ year old heater failed. The tech who came to diagnose was on time, friendly and professional. He recommended replacing unit and was very thorough to show me why.. the drum was warped and they don’t make them anymore. A temp fix was very expensive... and just temporary.... We were given a quote on the temp fix and replacement. We decided to replace the unit. The Replacement went great...techs were friendly, professional and on time. Very happy with Steve’s service.

This review could have been a FIVE star review if wasn't for the scheduler/dispatcher. A few years ago I got my ductwork done for my second floor because my daughter's room wasn't getting enough cold air. However, her room wasn't still cooling so I called them back out last year but the receptionist says there will be a service fee for someone to come out to take a look at the work they've done even though the work is still under warranty. I argued with her for awhile but at the end I wasn't going to pay extra fee for the same person to come out to make sure the work was done properly. I was upset but did not pursue further because of Covid, I thought, maybe it wasn't a good idea for someone to come into the house anyway. Fast forward to this year, I called them 2 weeks ago to speak to them about the same issue and this time, the receptionist says, no, there isn't a service fee for someone to come out to take a double look at it since the work is still under warranty. Although, I was misinformed last year, I was happy that someone could come out to take a look at it. So, they scheduled me to yesterday between 2-5pm. I called at 1pm to confirm the appointment so I can leave the office on time to meet them. At 4pm dispatcher/receptionist calls and says they can't make it because the job before me is going to be an all night job. I informed them it wasn't easy for me to leave the office early to meet them but I did to keep the appointment and that I'd appreciate it if they can send someone else. She was very rushed to get me off the phone by saying sorry but can't send someone today and was unsympathetic. She gave me no other choice to make another appointment for tomorrow and I did. She put me in a position where I have to leave my work early 2 days in a row because she couldn't dispatch her technicians properly and had to cancel my appointment as if I'm a devalued customer. I did not appreciate this at all. My time is valuable, too and I made sure I got home on time to meet the technician. I suppose she realized that I was upset and called me back a few minutes later to tell me that someone will be here by 6pm. Let me tell you, if it wasn't for Alex, the technician, this review would have been a 1 star review. Alex, the technician was so professional. He respected and sympathized with my daughter's hot room, my dissatisfaction with the receptionist/dispatcher, and my house. He was very educational, I learned so much about the AC system and how it works. He recommended a few things which he said he will speak with Blake, the technician who originally worked on my ductwork and promised me that someone will call me to make necessary changes to make sure my daughter's will get cooler. This review will be updated once I hear back from Blake and fixes my daughter's room. The only reason I had them replaced the entire ductwork was because of her room wasn't cooling and they promised that bigger duct will cool her room. But, it didn't help at all.
I am 100% satisfied with the installation of a new air conditioning system. The installers were fast and efficient, clean and courteous, and I couldn't be happier. Although a new system is always going to be expensive, the price was fair. Thank you!
Jose Morales has helped me twice. He installed a nice new shower valve which works beautifully. He just installed a new low flow toilet which I love. It works great and he is so neat. He always cleans up after himself and you can hardly tell he has been here. Excellent job each time. I would highly recommend him.
