Want to start off by saying Juan Hernandez and Byron Franco went above and beyond with the service they provided. They came out inspected and communicated everything honestly and clearly. I had multiple plumbers come out and give me an estimate on a leak in the slab and I was not getting much information on worst case scenarios, These 2 gentlemen performed quality work with excellent workmanship I was very pleased with the outcome everything went very smooth and they completed all the work in a short period of time without cutting any corners. These are my go to Technician's. Rooter Hero plumbing hired men of Integrity. Very happy with my service.

Bryan was the technician assigned to my exterior drain cleaning. Due to the rains my driveway drain needed cleaned. The drain was old & needed jack hammer to locate where drain runs to.
I was not charged for service as drain issue was not able to be completed at this time. Bryan was honest, friendly & helpful explaining future options how drain could be resolved. Keep up the good work! Customers love honesty. Thanks again.

I called and was told i was on their list for same day service. Was told i would get someone out to my house within 2 hours. Dispatched never called me. I called after waiting 45 mins and was told I was on list and should be getting a call. Ive Waited 3 hours and no one ever called me. I called twice for service and an update. Still no call back. Horrible service, unprofessional.

Bryan Gill was the lead technician who was sent to my call. This man was dedicated to his work and making sure my family and I were taken care of every day until the work was finished. He stayed till 11pm one night to finish digging and complete the installation of the new sewer line in my yard so we could use our restrooms and showers. Bryan got left alone to do a lot of the handwork by himself but he had a great attitude the entire time and was very professional.

Leo is great! He came on time and very responsive to my concerns. A true professional with great customer service skills. Leo took care of my drain issue and now I have a reliable service provider for my plumbing needs.

Thad an issue with my water heater, contacted rooter hero and they got someone out very quick to help me. Not only did he help but they went above and beyond to make sure that there were No more issues and to fix the problem. Frankie was excellent and extremely helpful- Thank you!

Rooter Hero had technician respond within 30 minutes from scheduling on a Saturday evening! Jeremy was very professional, knowledgeable and got the job done within 10 minutes! My husband and I appreciated the quick response. Highly recommend Rooter Hero Plumbing!

Leo came very quick and found the issues right away. He has great costumer service and did a good job replacing our spickit outside because it was leaking very bad. He also put our new hose on after he was done so we didn't have to. Highly recommend him!

Cris arrived within an hour of me calling He came to the rescue when our hot water stopped working. He quickly diagnosed the problem and found a leak that destroyed our water heater. We are very thankful for his friendly and positive attitude. And for the hot water :)

I was helped by Victor today. Had the appointment to repair some leaking plumbing for my toilets that I admittedly messed up. Victor was nice enough to just let me know that all that was needed to tighten the setup a bit more. He even showed me how to tighten the plumbings correctly. And it was all for free! I wanted to compensate some cash but Victor insisted it was in his days work of service. I'm truly blessed that I called in to this company and will certainly reach out if I have any issues in the future.
