We had Kintroy come over to do regular maintenance and give us a walk through of the HVAC system. We wanted to know if we could upgrade the thermostat to Ecobee or Nest.

Our HVAC system seemed complex with most of the system being on the attic including filters.

Kintroy went above and beyond to explain every technical detail about our system, walking me through the attic and explaining every component out there and what I would need to replace to get it to work with a smart thermostat. Often he would pull up his phone to draw diagrams to explain the electrical connectivity which I really liked. The best thing is he can go as technical as required or use layman analogies , but ensures you understand what he tries to convey.

I would highly recommend Kintroy and you should probably ask for his appointment if you choose Air care services.

Air care was awesome to work with. Professional and easy to work with. We had a leak in our air conditioning system and they came out and repaired. Their technician Al was knowledgeable he explained everything in detail and was a true professional. Because of Al's we are looking into contracting them to do our quarterly preventive maintenance service. Thank you Al for your work

I had an excellent experience with Joey. My AC unit suddenly stopped working during the first heat wave this season. I was able to quickly make an appointment over the phone (which was very professional). Joey arrived at the appointment on time, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and gave me some A/C education, while he diagnosed the problem. Was able to replace the part on the spot and had me on my way. His office then quickly sent me the paperwork via email. It was a very pleasant experience and highly recommend working with them!

Joey and company was amazing. AC unit died during the recent heat wave and he and his team were able to schedule me into what was already a impacted schedule. Great follow up with text reminders and phone calls, and more importantly, arriving at the appointment on time.

Efficient in his work, Joey was able to repair my unit as well as review ongoing maintenance scheduling for extending the life of my already aging system. From professionalism to responsiveness to good pricing and quality work, I could not recommend Air Care any more highly. They are most certainly being added to my list of companies that I am happy to refer!
