The window for the technician to arrive was 10a to noon. James arrived at 10a. He was very nice, professional and respectful. James pointed out a couple of things to me that needed immediate attention and attention in the future. He did a great job. We now have heat in the house after almost a week. Thanks James! 🙂

Luis and Juan were very professional. Performed wall heater replacement and installed new thermostat. Worked efficiently and kept us informed on what they were doing and why. Set up and clean up well done.

Kintroy was our technician and I had a very positive experience with him assessing and repairing our hydronic heating system. He explained the possible scenarios with the cause of the issue, fixed the problem with minimal delay once the part was ordered, and explained some basic maintenance processes that we could use for future reference to keep our system in good condition. Great experience and will be a loyal customer moving forward.

Bryan and Javier worked on our heating unit all day. They found another issue right before they left and stayed longer to make sure everything was working right. They did a super thorough job and were really kind too. Really upstanding guys!

James and Javier were friendly and helpful. They considerately wore masks and shoes covers while inside my home. They considered all the options to help fix the heater issue and came up with a satisfactory solution.

Five stars isn't enough to show how satisfied I am with the service provided by the team from Air Care Heating & Cooling Inc. The company helped me over the years with all HVAC issues I have had with my multi-family property in San Jose and they always deliver really satisfying service to my expectation. This time again I called them for a non-functional wall furnace. Prior to calling ACHC, I called AHS, my home warranty company, but the contractor who was dispatched told me that the wall furnace needed a new wall furnace in order to get a new sale. Having doubted their assessment, I called ACHC and Joey came out promptly and diagnosed a bad thermostat and got the wall furnace working again at a fraction of the cost of a new wall furnace. Thank God. Also I called them again for the City Permit of the wall furnace. Joey patiently worked with both me and the City inspector despite their ridiculous request to having to tear apart the wall sheetrock to inspect the old furnace. Joey and the team demonstrated their HVAC expertise and professionalism to help obtain the City permit. There is no doubt ACHC is my choice when it comes to resolving any issues with HVAC. It's very hard to find a trustworthy HVAC company as I have experienced many scammers and poor work in the plumbing/HVAC industry. If you looking for someone you can trust and who knows their work, I strongly recommend to call ACHC. Thanks Joey for all your work!

Javier of AirCare called that he could be early and was exactly on time. He let me know exactly what he was going to do beforehand. Javier was very professional and did not waste anytime getting maintenance completed.

Thermostat was not functioning properly, just all the way OFF or all the way ON, no regulation. James diagnosed it, replaced it with a digital thermostat, showed me how to work it.
James called 30 mins before showing up, showed up on time. Also got a reminder text from the office. Profesional, efficient and friendly.

Javier came to our home to do our annual check of our HVAC
system. Javier was on time and very courteous. He remembered
that he was here doing the initial installation. We are very pleased with the service and professionalism we always receive
