Very good experience. James was very nice and professional. Figured out the problem (broken relay at outside fan), showed the repair price transparently and fixed it. Everything works fine now and James even spent time to help us order correct replacement AC filters. Great service!

Great company highly recommend them! From start to finish they were so great to work with!! A few details on how our installation went below.

Prior to installation: We spoke with Chris and referred us to service advisor Roberto. They texted us and advised when they would be approaching with a picture of the advisor, which I appreciated a lot. Roberto took his time answering all our questions, reviewed the space and gave us suggestions on what we wanted. We were set with the mini split from the get go but Roberto gave us a peace of mind in making our decision with all the information he provided. He also took the time to review what the job will entail and gave us a quote right there and then. We were also looking at another quote but ultimately went with Air Care Heating & Cooling because they were all so professional.

During installation: We were given an estimated time of three days to complete the project and they delivered. Bryan, Juan, Eric, and Javier worked on the project and they lived up to the high expectations and professional standards. We had a few questions regarding rebates and they reached out to their branch. We were contacted right away so that they can answer our questions.They were on time every day and advised us when they were about 15 minutes away; this allowed us to get ready. They reviewed everything with us, kept us updated, and always made themselves available for put questions even when they were busy doing the installation. Rain or shine, they showed up to complete the installation and were very respectful.

Overall, we appreciate their great work and highly recommend them to work on your hvac needs.

Technicians Javier and James checked my aircon thoroughly to make sure it's ready for summer use. They did a great job! Cleaned the filter and checked every detail of the aircon. I am very happy with their performance. Thank you!!!
