All research pointed to R&R when looking for a reliable company to install a walk-in freezer for our retail pet supply store. From start to finish, they were helpful with advise and recommendations, and the installation crew was courteous and professional. We'll now be using them for servicing our retail merchandisers, too. I have no hesitation in rewarding them five stars and giving them our endorsement.

I called R&R Refrigeration to come out to our small business to look at our freezer that was running warm. They sent out a technician the very same day! Within just a few hours of placing the call, our freezer was running like new. I would highly recommend them.

Professional and knowledgeable. Great service. Appointments are 1-2 weeks out so emergency response time for regular hourly rate is not really available.

When our glycol chiller was having issues and threatening to disrupt our entire manufacturing team, R & R was the first call we made. They were able to schedule a technician to come quickly, and easily diagnose the issue. They quickly diagnosed the issue, and were able to get us back to full capacity. The customer service was excellent, and they were extremely helpful through the entire process. They are going to be our go-to folks for all refrigeration related concerns

Bradley and Jojo were so informative, professional and polite when they came to do repairs. Their work was 1,000 times neater than what originally came from the manufacturer...I highly recommend them for servicing!!!

I have worked with R&R for years. This is my first review of any tech company ever. All I will say is, 5 Stars x2. Don't even waste your time researching any other tech company. I only work with cold side products. But, if they are this stellar with refrigeration? duh. Thanks guys. You make my life so much easier.

R&R Refrigeration & Air Conditioning gets 5 stars! They were fast, communicative, and effective in the repairs for our commercial walk in refrigerator.

Our server room AC system started to blow hot air. We needed a solution quickly. Matt from R&R came out to access the situation and provide quote as I assumed that we would have to change some major portion of the system. He was helpful in informing us that our unit that we did not purchase from them may still be under warranty if certain parts needed to be replaced. R&R sent their tech, Bradley, to diagnose the unit to see if it could be repaired. A leak was found. R&R had checked with the manufacturer, Carrier, and the unit was eligible to have the motor portion replaced. Our unit was filled with refrigerant by R&R so that our server room would not overheat. A few days later, they returned performed swapped out the head of our AC unit. They saved our servers and money with their experience/thoughtfulness as we were only responsible for labor charges.

We would use again and highly recommend.
