Called ThermaTech to diagnose the system, they identified the repair to be done, their quote was the lowest but quality of work was the highest I have ever seen; they also waived the diagnostic fee; after the repair (blower motor) they also took the time to check the entire system (furnace and cooling unit) which normally would normally require a separate fee! I felt compelled to pay more than requested to support this business. You can see in the picture the blower motor they have replaced, they have cleaned all the oil leaked from the motor.

I had a very positive working with Therma Tech. I was trying to schedule preventative maintenance for my A/C. Other companies require an annual service contract and were fully booked. Therma Tech showed up the next day without any questions or long term contracts.

The tech was very polite and knowledgeable. They showed me pictures of all work performed as proof of actual service performed, and prices were very reasonable.

Although my use case was very simple (just preventative maintenance), I plan to use Therma Tech for all my HVAC needs moving forward.

Clean and professional. I wish everybody did bisiness' like these guys do. Honest, well trained and give a good advice. With no sales gimmicks. Highly recommend!

Therma Tech serviced our a/c unit in April, we experienced a problem in the middle of the 105 degree heat wave. They came out within hours to make sure everything was working right. Extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend.

Very appreciate for Therma Tech's timely help to fix my heater burner problem. Christine talked with me over the phone trying to help me fix the problem myself. Once I noticed the error code, I sent back the photos and error code. She dispatched Chris to our home, replaced the aging capacitor and fixed the problem. It took Chris less than 90 minutes including traveling. I very appreciated for their help. It was so efficient! Highly recommended.
