We have used R & R over the past few years for our kitchen equipment. They are extremely reliable and deliver excellent service each and every time. Their technician are always on time, if not early, and have repaired any issues we have as quickly as possible. Their office staff are always a pleasure to work with and make sure we have all the paperwork needed within a timely manner. We will definitely continue to use R & R for our future maintenance and additional needs.

It has been such a pleasure to work with R&R Refrigeration. Over the past few years, everytime an issue has come up I call and Mary answers right away and schedules someone to come out right away, and the issue is resolved quickly! So reliable! Had the best service from this company from their technician Bradley. I had my AC unit go out at work and he was so kind to help direct me on the phone what to do so I didn’t have to make an emergency service visit. I was clueless when it came to understand the AC unit but after the very helpful service call I now have knowledge on what to do in case this happens again. If you need AC repair this is the best place and ask for Bradley who is awesome!!

i had a great experience with R&R refrigeration. We had to get a chiller at my work fixed, and Mary at their offices, and Bradley on site, did great work and communicated effectively and efficiently with me through the process. If i need more chiller work done, I plan to call them first.
